It's getting hotter!

Hi Woofers!

Daisy, Holly, Miss Wendy and Eric de Ferret here!

I don't know what it's like where you are but in North Kent it has been hot, blooming hot!

It was too warm first thing this morning when we went out. Normally we would have a game of 'Chase the Sniff' but today it was just a plod across the field, a couple of wee's then back home to breakfast!

Back home even the ferrets went into hiding and refused to rampage, more like wander and snooze!

One good thing about living close to the sea is that if there is a breeze, we get it and although is was  warm and sunny, there was still a breeze, not much but a breeze never the less.

One thing spoilt the walk, no water!

It was only wet miles out to sea!

Now, here is a sight you've not seen for a while, two trees!

We'd show you the bench but there was a female Two Legs sunbathing on the bench!
That rig is still parked up in Sheerness docks, we some times see electric Arc Wielding on the deck.

It's still there!
We sat down on a bench and a whole load of TL's came marching past, I think they wanted the bench but there was no way we were going to move!

Find your own bench!
Sometimes we see small Hover Flies buzzing around but today there was a big one having a wash and brush up on an oak leaf as we passed.

..and a little sanitiser under my wings!
Back home there was nothing to do except enjoy the breeze blowing in the window!

It's going to be another hot one tomorrow, don't forget the Factor 35!

Bye for now!

Luv,

Daisy, Holly, Miss Wendy and Eric de Ferret.

  1. Yo maties. well I can't tell you how hot it is here ...... we're baking. We went out just after 6 this morning but we didn't go far cos it was just way too hot. My mum had to pop out and pick up my boys prescription and then pop to the shop then when she came home, she put loads and loads of ice in the air cooler to help make it more bearable. Her washing was a crisp on the line so she brought it in, did the ironing and then that was it ........ she was melting away. We had a siesta for a little while with the cold air blowing over us. My mum only let me in the garden to do a wee and a poo and made me come straight in. Mind, I didn't want to hang about in case I ended up like a crisp. It's a shame we don't get the sea breeze, could you post me some? Nice pictures today. I don't blame you for not giving up your bench, them TL's should know it's way too hot to be out in this sun. We've been forecast storms with thunder and lightening tonight and tomorrow. I don't blame the ferrets for spending the day in bed. Wot have you done with Mrs TM, has she melted, we've not seen her on faceache. My mum is off to work in the morning, she reckons it's a good job she finishes early cos she couldn't work in this heat. Take care and have a good evening all, don't forget the factor 201 when you go out in the sun. Love, licks, wags and sniffs from little Arch and the Nippers. xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

  2. My God it was sweltering yesterday. Reached 28°C inside despite a fan & as many doors & windows open as possible.

    Violent thunderstorm 4am . . . Bit fresher currently.

Nice pics today . . . Especially the trees.

    Take care xxx
