Last Day at Work!

 Hello Woofers!

Daisy, Holly, Miss Wendy and Eric de Ferret here!

Well, this is one of my favourite days, the last day of work before we go on holiday!

Eric was up early and the noise he made rattling around the cage made it obvious that he wanted to come out with us for the morning run!

We went over to the old golf course and Old Two Legs was pleased to see the first of the autumn sunrises. Well, OK, the sun was well up in the air but if you couple that with the old railway water tower, it don't look too bad, for OTL that is!

We used to have a railway station in our village but they were turned into flats when the railway was shut down and the only thing left is the water tower!

Not that it worried Eric who, after a carry half way around the golf course decided to get down for a dig in the sand!

You see, he gets all excited as he digs into the sand and throws it all behind him, covering OTL's boots with sand!

Then he stops, just to see if anyone is watching him and if he sees no movement, he is off again digging like mad!

That was exhausting but I managed to dig right down to the bottom!

Back home OTL was getting the last of the statements out and quotes sent and everything filed away all neat like. By then it was lunchtime and both Holly and I stood behind his chair and gave him a good woofing, well we wanted out walk on time today!

Down on the sea front we could see the tide was well out and there were some Wormy Men out on the mud digging holes to trap the worms.

They're behind you!

OTL was off chasing butterflies, as normal, he was also chasing dragonflies but they wouldn't sit still so in the end he gave up!

We met up with a couple of woofers who we have seen before. Of course, being woofers, we all had a good look and a sniff, then we all wee'd on the same spot to show we were friends!

Tomorrow we start to fill the caravan withstuff and we will be keeping a close watch on what gets moved about. We know what The Missus is like when she is searching for places to hide her crafting stuff, everything else gets thrown out!

We'll let you know what happend tomorrow!

Bye for now.

Luv,

Daisy, Holly, Miss Wendy and Eric de Ferret.

  1. Yo maties. Well I bet you're all excited at going away on your holibobs. Keep a careful eye on Mrs TM cos we all know how she cheats to get her stuff in. We've had a day of being disturbed by the gas men again. My mum was at work when she heard the doorbell ring, so she got her phone and could see it was a gas man, she told him she was working and go away and stop ringing the bell, she would be home after 9. Now my boy had the day off and he was in bed and it disturbed him so that made my mum even more cross, I mean, who rings a doorbell at half past 7 in the morning. Well my mum got home and they came and turned our gas off again and then someone came to turn in back on at 4, my mum was not a happy bunny not having any hot water all day. We're hoping now that we've seen the back of the gas men cos my mum doesn't like men disturbing her peace. My mum has been quite grumpy all day, she even told me off cos I was looking for stuff in the garden to munch on. Now I woke my mum up last night at 1.30 cos I fancied a patrol round the garden. Smashing pictures today, I look forward to seeing your holibob pictures as well when you get away. Now if you could just stop off on the way and make room for a little chap, I'd be very happy. Safe journey when you do set off. Don't forget to blow some raspberries at the lorries and car drivers you pass. I'll listen out for you singing as you go by. Take care all and have a good evening. Love, licks, wags and sniffs from little Arch and the Nippers. xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
