The Car is Back!

 Hi Woofers!

Daisy, Holly, Miss Wendy and Eric de Ferret here!

Last night we got the message that the car was ready for collection, repaired and put back together again! So, now the car is back in its place of honour on the drive!

We will have to use it when we go for a walk, just to test it of course!

You remember those fungi OTL saw the other day? Well, we reckon they could be Jack o'lanterns as they were in a bunch. Auntie Sarn suggested they could be chanterelle.

Jack o'lanterns grow in large groups with the stems attached. Chanterelles are usually solitary or in a small bunch with separate stems. Still we will keep looking until we find a picture that looks the same!

Now, just how many spiders do you think there could have been in the picture yesterday? The Missus reckons there must be thousands!

We went out this morning and again Eric decided he wanted to come with us, to see the spiders again!

Well, I can't see a single spider!

No matter where Eric looked, there were no spiders to be seen! Maybe they have all drifted away on the wind!

Again, Old Two Legs has been busy plonking away on the computer, so a rather boring day, mind you, the clouds had all gone and there was a gentle breeze coming down the River Medway.

How's that for a blue sky and it is November!

While we were down on the sea front, we met up with Bob who loves OTL and presented OTL with a wet soggy ball for OTL to throw for him! Holly and I sat down waiting for OTL to finish, I mean, you'd think that Bob had better things to do, we certainly didn't want to hang around!

So, there it was, no other woofers and we were soon back home to get a bite to eat. After that it was back to the office and a gentle snooze before bed!

See you tomorrow!

Luv,

Daisy, Holly, Miss Wendy and Eric de Ferret.

  1. Yo maties. Smashing pictures today. I can't help with the name of the mushrooms, I only know the names of things I can eat. I went for a walk quite late today, I met up with Buddy the bozo, he clunked me so hard on the head, it made me squeak and his TL told him off, he really is a big clumsy bozo, I know he don't mean to hurt but he doesn't know his own strength. Further up the road I met up with little Buster, now Buster is a nice little chap, he's a tad smaller than me but he's waggy and he don't clunk me on the noddle, I think I like Buster more than Buddy. Buster's TL gave me a scratch under the chin and commented on how much I was wagging my tail, I always wag a nice people though. Now I forgot to tell you about the daft cat wot was on our conservatory roof yesterday, my mum and my boy were in the kitchen when they heard a big clunk, my mum looked out the window and thought there was a squirrel on the conservatory roof, she had a closer look and spotted a daft moggie, my boy went out to try and rescue it, cos it was sliding down the roof and trying to climb back up, he helped it onto the fence and it jumped down into next doors garden, we hope it's learned its lesson cos if a moggie slipped off into my jaws, that would be unfortunate ...... yum, yum. I think Eric is very brave to go back to where all those spiders were, don't think I would have risked it. Glad to hear the big car is back and sorted. Take care all and have a good evening. Love, licks, wags and sniffs from little Arch and the Nippers. xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
