A Sunrise at last!

 Hi Woofers!

Daisy, Holly, Miss Wendy and Eric de Ferret here!

This morning we were up early 'cos we reckoned that there would be a good chance of a sunrise. You see, yesterday was all quiet as the sun went down and the clouds had all gone, leaving just blue sky plus the sunset looked all glowing and full of promise for today.

Holly and I couldn't wait to get under the curtain and have a look at the sky. As soon as we saw the glow on the horizon we woke Old Two Legs using the old 'Cold Nose' method and got him out of bed.

As normal, OTL decided to have a shower first, then clean his teeth and then look at the email that came in overnight!

So, we were just a tiny bit late in getting over to the old golf course, but when we did, this is what we found!

The Old Water Tower looked good.

OTL then pointed the camera up at the clouds and took this one, looks all sort of dreamy!

It was interesting to see the airplane trail across the sky over North Kent, mind you, it was high in the sky!

This one we tried to use the trees to 'Frame' the picture but it didn't work out too well!

So, being a clever old stick he got out the computer and cropped the photo but he had to loose some of the sky as well as the trees.

Next time he will have to get a bit closer so the trees move to the side!

Lets hope that there is another sunrise tomorrow and we came move the trees!

See you all tomorrow.

Luv,

Daisy, Holly, Miss Wendy and Eric de Ferret.

  1. Yo maties. Wot nice pictures today. We got up early as well cos my mum wanted to go shopping before it got too packed. I know she's got some stuff wot she's hiding from me, I could sniff goodies in one of the bags. Today has been quite busy, we've been wrapping some presents and sending off the last of the Xmas cards wot she made. Now, it's a good job I've got a good sniffy nose just in case she tries to give woofer goodies to one of her mates instead of the right pressie. It wouldn't do for someone like Sonia to get a woofer toy or a packet of teeth cleaning chews instead of some nice shortbread. It's been raining most of the day here so at lunchtime I persuaded my mum to come and have a siesta with me. We got a nice message on faceache from the vets, saying how nice it was for them to see me yesterday. My boy is working late again tonight so we can't have our dinner until he gets home so I've had to put up with snacks instead. It's a hard life being a woofer sometimes. My mum is watching the news again, I really wish she wouldn't, she keeps shouting at the telly that they're coniving conning bits .... well it sounds like bits anyway. Well tomorrow is the last chance we've got of having a lay in, my mum promised me lay ins this week when she was off work and so far she's lied. I better get a nice lay in tomorrow or I'll be right cross with her and I'll tell Santa Paws she hasn't been good. I'm off for another little snack while I waste away here. Take care all and have a nice snuggly evening. Love, licks, wags and sniffs from little Arch and the Nippers. xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
