I missed the frames!

 Hello Woofers!

It's us again, Daisy, Holly, Miss Wendy and Eric de Ferret here!

Yesterday it was a little late by the time I got around to doing the 'Diary' and I was going to tell you all about the window frames.

You see, having double glazing, all the frames are made of plastic and coloured white. Now, the problem is, white shows up the dirt and down our end of the world it also attracts moss from the roof. I don't know why but the roof is covered with moss which creeps down the guttering and sends its spores down onto the window frames and window ledges. That means the ledges end up looking like the back garden!

Old Two Legs has been looking for something to get rid of the moss growth on the window frames and yesterday he set to with a container of Silly Bong Fungus remover!

Spray it on and half an hour later wash it off using a pot scorer.

No more moss and nice white window frames!

OTL says it's because of the bleach in the mixture but as long as it works, who cares!

Next is going to be the gutters and that may take a little longer 'cos there's more gutter than window frame!

Today has been one of those gentle days with OTL trying to mend the satellite system in the caravan and failing!

Now he has sent an email off to the UK distributer looking for a visit by the engineer or maybe he will have to take it up to Daventry!

It's been quite sunny down here and there were some super sniffs in the old golf course. Holly and I had some good rolls and managed to do them behind OTL's back!

All this sunshine made OTL forget to take the camera out with him today so, no pictures, sorry.

OTL changed the bedding in the ferret cage and that has confused Eric and he keeps falling out of bed and onto the blanket that is stretched across the cage to catch him!

Miss Wendy sometimes falls off but hangs onto the blanket as well!

See you all tomorrow.

Luv,

Daisy, Holy, Miss Wendy and Eric de Ferret.

  1. Yo maties. Don't know about your neck of the woods but it's been quite sunny here but a bit chilly. I went out for a walk quite late, I was hoping that it was going to warm up a bit but it didn't, it was alright in the sun but the nip in the air was a bit nippy in the shade. I had a chat with the two neighbours wot lives 2 doors down, they was cleaning their cars and I had a look in their bucket. One of their dogs was sitting in the back of the car watching and the other one was locked in doors cos he runs off but the one in the car is a good boy and he stays where he's told too, bit of a goody 2 shoes if you ask me. Me and my mum bumped into a few people we know and a woofer who I don't know but he was very friendly. We've had quite a busy day doing ironing and a bit of domestic engineering with the duster and hoover. Must be the sun making the TL's do all this cleaning work, don't know why they bother really cos all the dust and stuff will be back as soon as they turn round again. Shame OTL can't fix the satellite thingumy, hope the repair man comes to him rather than him having to go all that way. We watched Mrs TM flinging the glue today, wot a pretty card. My mum has got an appointment in the morning then she reckons maybe we can make some cards when she comes home after all the work we did today, mind, I keep pointing out with my paw that the grass could do with the mower going over it. I hear that one of Mrs TM's fans has got a new puppy. Take care and stay safe all and have a lovely evening. Love, licks, wags and sniffs from little Arch and the others. xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

  2. Well done de-mossing with the Silly Bong. You'll put the neighbours to shame.

Beautiful weekend weatherwise. Glad you enjoyed the walks.

OTL took some good shots earlier in the week. Loved the sun ones. He may not have captured the snow moon but we enjoyed looking at it IRL. Xxx

    Have a good week xxx
