It's IR again!

 Hi Woofers!

Daisy, Holly, Miss Wendy and Eric de Ferret here!

Another hot day here in North Kent. No sign of thunder storms and there was just a hint of a breeze to keep you cool if you wanted to have a wander around the garden.

Good to hear Archie Babe has been de-warted, Holly and I have a few warts but it's hard to spot them so we don't worry about them.

I remember, before Old Two Legs found an anti-tick thing to squirt on our backs, hunting the tick was to find the tick, the same size as a wart and remove it, (the tick) making sure it wasn't a wart!

Nowadays we get a squirt of this stuff and that keeps us tick free!

Now, OTL decided to dig out the Infrared camera 'cos in this bright sun shinny day it should produce some interesting shots!

This is a bunch of purple flowers Holly and I always wee on as we pass!

That big thing is a concrete post, we normally wee on that in the winter time!

Since the groundsman has been hacking down a lot of the early weeds, the bugs have been in short supply, so, to find a Soldier Beetle is pretty rare but we found this pair making babies under some yellow flowers.

Now, I'd bet that you would never know what this one is but you have seen it before, look below!

Strange or wot!

It's strange the sky looks like it does when view in IR and yet the green stuff is white!

Now this one is a fun shot of Holly waddling across the car park with that Leylandii growing as a hedge in the background.

It's funny how Holly doesn't show up as white!

On our way back from the walk, we dropped into the vets to pick up the wormer tablets and OTL thought he had struck gold. They said they couldn’t accept cash and could not accept card 'cos their machine had died on them!

Then it's free says OTL?

No, says the nurse, we will send you an invoice via email!

Well, it was worth a try!

See you tomorrow.

Luv,

Daisy, Holly, Miss Wendy and Eric de Ferret.

  1. Yo maties. Well I had a really good snooze last night, my mum didn't though, she was beside me watching in case I decided to have a lick, nibble or scratch. She took off my dressings this morning on account she could see I was going very red around the outside, seems I'm like my mum and inherited the allergy to the glue wot they fling on the plasters, all the red has gone now and I'm not itchy. If my mum sees me even looking in the direction of any of my stitches, she waves that horrible cone at me. I've had a lazy day on account of I'm convalescing and I had a visitor come and see me ... it was Caroline my groomer but she didn't bring Alf with her, I'm only allowing one visitor at my bedside and they can bring me treats if they want. We had a thunder storm last night with some rain but not very much but it was a tad cooler. Nice pictures today but I think I prefer colour ones really then I can see you and Holly chops much better. I reckon your vet is a bit of a meanie really, if they won't take money and they can't take card then I reckon they should give stuff away. Poor OTL, maybe the sorting office might have to shut so the invoice will get stuck there for a couple of weeks. We've had 2 phone calls from the nurses at my vets today, just checking on me. I don't like them tick things, they look like warts but they have legs on them, I did have a couple years ago but my mum dealt with them with a tom o tick tool. You have to unscrew them ..... strange things, yuk. Take care, stay safe and have a lovely evening all. Love, licks, wags and sniffs from little Arch and the others. xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
