Hello Woofers!
Daisy here with some funny tales!
Well, I thought it was hilarious, even if Old Two Legs was moaning about his back!
It all started this morning as we headed off to the sea side. Looking at the steam from the power station, we could see that the steam was going straight up and that means no wind!
We met up with a couple of tiddly woofers and of course, they both got a tickle on the tail from OTL, in fact one was so excited that she rolled onto her back and kicked her legs in the air!
After that shake I'm all wobbly now!
We saw a Greyhound type woofer on the beach having a little paddle in the mud, silly woofer couldn't wait until the tide came in!
Some woofers never learn!
What is the point of being a Greyhound if you are never let off the lead for a run around?
The Trunk Tables are still there in the forest, I was almost expecting them to have been picked up and rushed off to be some sort of garden furniture!
Tables I can see but where is the table cloths?
Now OTL has been pulling the grass and the weeds in the garden and today it was decided to get some flowers and rocks onto which to mount some of the garden furniture.
Now OTL's idea is to get some of those plants that come up on their own each year but The Missus loaded the barrow up with some bedding plants that will die off come autumn!
Then OTL picked up five bags of rocks to go as ground cover and help stop the weeds from growing through the rocks.
After spreading the rocks around TM volunteered to plant out the flowers.
I think she was feeling sorry for OTL, those rocks were heavy and he was holding his back like wot he was in agony!
Let's see what tomorrow brings!
Bye for now.
Luv,
Daisy.
Yo Daisy. Well it's been very sunny and very warm here today, hot even. Now after my operation yesterday, I needed to take it easy and rest and recover. I had visitors this morning, Milly and Brenda came up to see me and they bought me some treats on account of us woofers not being allowed grapes. I'm allowed to go for a little walk this evening, if I can manage it, but I think I'll wait until it cools down a tad. I sent my mum up the shop to get me some broccoli. Then the vet emailed to ask how I was. The new sky box arrived today at lunchtime and my mum managed to connect all the right leads in all the right places, well at least we think she did on account of it works, then she had to get it to recognise the remote and the viewing card, all sorted so now we've got all our channels back. Tomorrow the plumbing man should be here early to sort the toilet out, my mum's not holding her breath but we have got our paws crossed. Smashing pictures today, I just love the close up of you. I bet it was very entertaining watching Mrs TM and OTL planting the rocks and plants. Mrs TM should give OTL's back a nice rub tonight, then he should lay on the floor and you can walk up and down his back Daisy, I've seen them on the telly walking up and down backs. Me and my mum are looking forward to zoom crafting tomorrow. Take care and stay safe all. Love, licks and sniffs from little Arch and the others. xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
