Hello Woofers!
Daisy here.
Well, there we were last night saying that we will have to be up good and early this morning so we can get down the sea front and grab a good sunrise.
I woke up around three thirty, jumped up onto the bed and woke Old Two Legs with a well-aimed wet nose straight into his nose!
He woke up!
Then he told me to get off the bed 'cos it's too early!
He didn't use those words but something like it!
Around six thirty he fell out of bed and staggered off to the bathroom, too late to get the sunrise!
I reckon that if we had got down the sea front an hour earlier it wouldn't have made any difference, it would still have been a horrid grey!
That cloud must be a mile thick; the sun can't find its way through to even warm up the mud!
As we walked along the sea wall, we could hear a voice calling out. Couldn't understand what it was being said and on top of that we couldn't even see anyone!
Then, as we got closer to the sandy beach, we spotted Jasper and his Two Legs.
Jasper was mooching around in the rock pools while the TL was jumping up and down calling to Jasper not to paddle in the mud!
In the end he was caught and then attached to the lead, just when he was thinking about going back out to where the rocks end and the mud starts!
Back home OTL had some work to do that involves putting sheets of paper in alphabetical order and then in order of date.
I thought the pile if paper looked pretty as it was!
The rest of the day has been snoozing and dodging the rain drops!
You can tell the autumn is coming!
I think I will have to find my rain coat soon!
See you tomorrow.
Luv,
Daisy.
Yo Daisy. It's been pretty warm and was dry until about 20 minutes ago here. I was up early but didn't get out for my walk until about 8.30 and I didn't see any of my mates, I reckon they were still in bed snoring their tails off. My mum made me hurry up on account of she wanted to do some zoooooooooming and gassing all day. Did you hear them Daisy, they gassed and gassed and gassed. I saw OTL with his walking hat on. I must admit I did have several snoozes cos them wimmin gassing does send me off to snooze. I couldn't see much to show for all the glue slapping though. Nice pictures, it does look quite cloudy down your way. I'm going to put my paws up while my mum works her way through the mountain of ironing. Looks like Alfie puggle is coming to stay for the weekend. Take care and stay warm, safe and dry all. Love, licks and sniffs from little Arch and the others. xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
