Hello Woofers!
Daisy Dog here again.
Well, what a day yesterday? We were up and out early but the sky was laden with thundery clouds promising to give everything and everyone a good soaking!
On top of that Old Two Legs was out, without his breakfast, to do some work at one of his customers!
So, there he is on the door step at 09:00hr waiting for the doors to be open and he didn't get away until 13:30hr! Back home he had some paperwork to get done then he was out again down to see a supplier down the coast a bit.
It was then that the trouble started.
I had been out for a walk with The Missus so no problems there but I wanted to go for a drive with OTL especially as he was using the big car.
Off we went but ended up in a big, long, very boring traffic jam. It seems that someone had crashed their car into the central barrier, making a big mess all over the place.
It took three hours to get past the mess but, we made it before the supplier finished for the day!
On our way back home, we ran into another pile up! That took an hour to get past! Things were not going to plan!
This morning we managed to see a red sunrise but by the time we got to the sea front the clouds had thickened up and it didn't look so dramatic!
In no time at all the sunrise had gone and we were blessed with a wall of cloud heading our way!
I think it's time we headed for home!
It was a couple of minutes later when the sun poked it'd head out that the picture changed but it still looked like rain!
Lunchtime was warmer, with a slight breeze but I was looking forward to getting home, fresh cooked chicken and a snooze under OTL's desk!
Chicken?See you tomorrow!
Luv,
Daisy.
Yo Daisy. I went to the vets yesterday for a check up and my booster, I didn't get a bag of treats this time though, I only got a handful. I was up at silly o clock this morning and I'll be up at silly o clock tomorrow, then I can put my paws up until next weekend. I had visitors this afternoon, Brenda and Milly came to see me. We sat in the garden and I decided to do a bit of guarding and barked, well my mum jumped up, got her little toe stuck under the step and fell and bashed her noddle on the table, I was laughing my tail off, she's alright but it did look funny. She got her own back on me though cos when Brenda and Milly went home, she washed my face. Smashing pictures today, those clouds do look a bit threatening. Sorry to hear about the hold ups yesterday, I'm sure some of these TL's shouldn't be on the road. Good job you didn't need a wee or a poo while you were waiting. Hope you tum is better. Take care and stay dry and safe all. Love, licks and sniffs from little Arch and the others, p.s. I spotted Mrs TM and OTL on my mums phone this afternoon, looking good all. xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
