A wet day!

Hello Woofers!

Daisy here!

Well, today has been one of those damp and dismal days where the rain was that wet misty stuff that sort of soaks into your coat and by the time you have been out for a while you could feel the wet soak through to your skin!

Lunchtime we were out again but this time I had my rain coat on. It's OK but the coat does tend to chaff your tum!

Once again Old Two Legs left the camera at home 'cos he didn't want to get it wet!

The camera didn't get wet but OTL did!

No other woofers were seen, maybe they didn't want to get wet!

The ground was all muddy and OTL was complaining about not having a pair of wellies to keep the mud off his feet. His last pair of wellies sprung a leak and before the winter was through, he had to ditch them in favour of his hiking boots.

Before we went out, he got onto the Internetty and ordered up a new pair of wellies that he hopes will last through winter!

One of the things about getting wet is my hair ends up in curls, if I get any wetter, I will end up with a coat like a Doodle Dog!

Bye for now.

Luv,

Daisy.

  1. Yo Daisy, well we had a thunder storm in the night with trenchall rain and more trenchall rain this afternoon. It has been really wet here and quite chilly. I decided that I didn't want to go out in the rain today so I've had a quick sprint in the garden when I can't hold any more. Now curls are quite pretty you know and being a doodle dog means you can get away with a bit more cheek. My mum was awake when we had the storm and she said one very loud clap of thunder woke me up, she said I sat bolt upright, looked right, looked left and flopped down and continued snoring. I don't remember so I reckon my mum dreamed it. I've spent most of the day either snuggled up with my mum or just snoozing on the sofa dreaming on nice sunny days. Hope OTL manages to get some nice new wellies soon, it's not very nice when your plates of meat get cold and wet. Take care, stay warm, dry and safe all. Love, licks and sniffs from little Arch and the others. xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
