Springs on it's way!

 Hi Woofers!

Daisy here on the shortest day of the year. Tomorrow it will be backdown towards Spring.

There's nothing like a Winter Solstice to brighten everyone up!

Needless to say, Old Two Legs and I were up early while it was still dark, no sunrise, no light and no woofers walking in the woods!

We did see a gas tanker gliding up stream, delivering some frozen gas in time for Christmas!

It's a good job OTL has the flash on the small camera, at least it helps him to see where I am!

There is nothing like a wiggly butt to help guide you through night!

We were out so early that we didn't see any other woofer or Two Legs, not even a rabbit or a birdy!

Lunchtime, again it was cloudy with the threat of rain in the distance but we managed to keep away from the rain.

Over there we normally can see Southend on Sea but they look like they are getting all the rain!

Back home I sneaked up onto OTL's lap and he put the bed on top of desk and I fell asleep!

Every so often I woke up to see him working away on the keyboard while balancing it on his lap!

It was fun waking up to see him still working. Me, on the other paw, kept waking up to make sure he was working as he should and to give him the old Hairy Eyeball, I mean, we don't want him to get too lazy!

You know I could get used to this lark!

So, clap paws together, Spring is on it's way!

See you tomorrow.

Luv,

Daisy

  1. Yo Daisy. Smashing pictures today, maybe someone should get you a little head lamp and then OTL could see where you are and follow you. I don't blame you for making sure OTL was working away there, I mean he's got to make sure he works hard enough to get you your treats. I've been to the vets today and they can't work out why I'm limping on the one paw when my shoulder the other side is a bit clicky and my back just above my tail is a bit stiff as well. I wasn't too bad when I went but my mum had to ring the vet this afternoon cos I got worse so she went down to pick up some tablets and if I'm still having a hard time tomorrow, they want me to go back again. Now there's talk of stabbing me once a month to help the problem, as you know I don't mind going to visit cos I get lots of cuddles and they say wot a brave boy I am. Millie had the hump cos she got bathed this morning at Caroline's. Anyways, I'm off to snuggle down and keep warm cos I'm a poorly chap so take care, stay warm, safe and dry all. Love, licks and sniffs from little Arch, Millie and the others. xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

  2. YAY - Winter Solstice has been and gone and we're getting longer days. Yippee. Could do with that after all the recent snow (which has now gone after outstaying its welcome!) xxx
