Hi Woofers!

We had some fun this morning!
OTL has a bedside clock that comes in useful if he wants to know the time and it's still dark. It's also very useful when I want to know if it's time for me to wake him up with the old wet nose!
This morning, it was still dark and I reckoned that it was time for me to get him up but it was still dark and the bedside clock said it was 09:37hr!
The clock had thrown a wobbler and when OTL rolled over to have a look he started to panic!
Up he jumps, out of bed and after bumping into the bathroom door, finally seeing the bathroom clock which is powered by clockwork!
It was 06:00hr!
We were early!
By the time we got to the seaside it was just beginning to get light, no sunrise, just light!
Now this is an unusual sight, Bench, Tree, Poo Bin and Tree!
There were no woofers to be seen, the birds were still in bed and OTL was half asleep!
When we finished the walk the rest of the lads were still in bed and snoozing their tails off!
When we got back home OTL had an early breakfast and started work a whole hour ahead of time!
One of the first jobs was to make the clock work!
There was a small disadvantage in getting up early, my body clock wanted to go out early at lunchtime!
One advantage is that the tide was in and I got a Deep Paddle.
Of course, OTL shouted at me saying that I was a soggy doggy and to get out of the water!
Like I cared!
Back home I curled up on the bed and enjoyed a good roll around to dry my back off!

Yo Daisy. Well we got up quite early but not as early as you. The weather hasn't been very nice here today, I went to the vets this afternoon for my cuddles, treats and stabbing for my arthritis which was all very nice but when me and my mum came out, down came loads of cold wet lumps of hailstones. Well we hurried to the car but my mum was moaning on account of her butt getting wet while she was getting my cage door shut. Now as you know I don't do wet but I really didn't appreciate frozen lumps of wet landing on me, they do tend to sting a bit you know. I've been snuggled on the sofa since we got back home. Smashing pictures today, hope you enjoyed your deep paddle. Not sure why OTL is bothering with a clock when he's got you to wake him up in the mornings. I had a bit of good luck, I've won a woofer easter egg, wot's safe for woofers to munch on. Take care, stay warm, safe and dry all.
