Moth Trap Works.

Hello Woofers.

Daisy here.

Well, it's me again and the sun has been shining all day.

It has been most pleasant walking through the forest, a real summers day.

I met up with some other woofers, I have seen them before but they were a little too bouncy for me and I kept close to OTL!

The Moth Trap was on all last night and when we went out to investigate what moths were trapped we found................. Nuffin!

So, we are going to leave it out again tonight and see what gets trapped. It is still a little early as the best time is July/August, that is when they are most active, but there is no reason why we won't catch a moth or two before then.

Lunchtime we were down looking for butterflies along the sea front.

We saw one white thing but it was going at such a speed that we couldn't identify it.

The tide was out and all I could do was to have a lay down in the mud!

Shouting at me won't do any good!

There was one Wormy May picking up shells and other stuff from the margins. He didn't find any worms 'cos he didn't have a garden fork.

You want to try further out mate!

It looks like we will be having good weather over the Bank Holiday weekend, let's hope it lasts until we go on holiday!

TM and OTL went to get stabbed but they had to make an appointment. OTL told them that when he tries to book an appointment the NHS web site tries to send them across the Thames into Southend on Sea!

Well, says the lady on the reception, you will have to come back on Saturday. OK, says OTL, what about now, there's no one waiting, just slip us in now?

Oh no, says the receptionist, you have got to have an appointment first!

OTL said something about 'Jobs Worth' and left to return on Saturday!

See you tomorrow.

Luv,

Daisy.

  1. Yo Daisy. Well it's been sunny and very warm here today. I had a nice walk this morning, I met my mate Buster and his TL was telling my mum that some days Buster won't walk very far, my mum said that was the same as me, well me and Buster had more interesting things to talk about like sniffs and who'd been out walking earlier and who hadn't been out for a walk yet, do you know we were both surprised when we finally got back to where Buster lives, just round the corner from where I live and we didn't realise how far we'd walked. Just as Buster was about to go up his path little Daisy came along, now, little Daisy is very little and she really wants to come and say hello but right at the last minute she dives behind her mum instead. Now me and Buster are very gentle and we wouldn't hurt her but maybe one day she'll come all the way over and say hello to us. My mum too Brenda and Millie to their vet this afternoon and then they came back for a cup of coffee. Well Millie weren't none too impressed cos the vet told her, her teeth were awful and her breath stunk and she needed to go and have a descale and polish and maybe even have some taken out. Millie said she'd never been so insulted, I said she should get out more, she didn't see the funny side though and went off to have a sulk. Smashing pictures today, shame you didn't get a dip. Now this moth trap thingy, has OTL tried opening his wallet to see if there are any trapped in there? Right I'm off for a pre scoff snooze. Take care, stay safe all. Love, licks and sniffs from little Arch and the others. xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
