Muggy Sort of Day.

Hi There Woofers!

We are back again, Daisy, Holly, Miss Wendy and Eric de Ferret.

A day similar to yesterday, it was a bit cold and damp first thing and there was a Two Legs sitting on a bench, clutching a mug of coffee and looking rather glum. As we got near Old Two Legs looked over and asked, 'You going Stir Crazy?'

'Yes' he says and goes back to drinking his coffee and looking terribly glum!

Holly and I laughed and went for a run around the field chasing each other. Of course, I was the quickest but it gave Holly some exercise!

Lunchtime OTL decided to leave the camera at home cos he reckons the sea mist would still be there, especially as the weather was the same as yesterday.

He was Right!

It was so bad that we couldn't even see Sheerness!

Well, Sheerness should be just over there!
OTL said that we should look over our shoulder and see if Southend was still there!

Well, it's over there but we couldn't see it!
There was still a breeze blowing in from the sea and the insects were still hiding in the undergrowth.

There was also a number of TL's wandering around on the sea front and I must say that there were a large number of young TL's gathering together, just what will their mothers say if they caught the virus?

We kept well away from them and carried on with our sniffing.

Back home young Eric was getting a bit restless and insisted on coming out of the cage for a rampage around the desk and enjoying a big slurp of Ferretone!

It's fun dancing on the keyboard!
OTL said that he may get the big camera out over the weekend to chase the bugs in the undergrowth, providing there are not too many TL's wandering around!

See you tomorrow.

Luv,

Daisy, Holly, Miss Wendy and Eric de Ferret.

Busy Busy!

Hi Woofers!

Daisy, Holly, Miss Wendy and Eric de Ferret here!

We noticed Aunty Sue appeared on last night’s blog.

Hello Aunty Sue!

We have been playing on the computer today, Holly has been playing 'Space Invaders' and I have had a good game of 'Whack a Wabbit'!

Eric wanted to have a go as well but his game is 'Muck up the Invoice' but this time Old Two Legs wouldn't let him play on the keyboard!

When we went down to the beach at lunchtime there was not a breath of wind, in fact it was so still that there was sea mist all over the place and we couldn't see anything out to sea!

A bit boring really but the sniffs were there, on the grass, but nothing in the air!

Holly said that she couldn’t remember the last time she caught the sniff of a greasy Kebab!

OTL had a package to post at lunchtime and walked into our local Co-Op but the queue was so long and so close packed that he turned around and ran out of the shop as soon as he saw them all.

Just how daft can you get?

Two Metres? They were two millimetres apart!

It's the Easter Holiday this weekend, I wonder what the seaside is going to be like, a little bit of sunshine and there will be loads of two legs wandering up and down the sea wall. OTL says he may restrict our walks to very early and very late.

Claws crossed that it gets better soon!

Bye bye for now!

See you tomorrow.

Luv,

Daisy, Holly, Miss Wendy and Eric de Ferret.

Another sunny day.

Hi Woofers!

Daisy, Holly, Miss Wendy and Eric de Ferret here.

Another sunny here in Allhallows. There were some frosty bits on the grass first thing this morning but it didn't worry us at all.

Old Two Legs couldn't get on with his paperwork so to keep his brain in gear while he waited for the new scanner, he went and pumped up the caravan tyres!

OK, I know that is just a little strange but let me explain.

Last year OTL started to worry about the possibility of the caravan tyres being damaged or deflated and he wouldn't know there was anything wrong cos the caravan is a twin axle (two wheels on each side). So, he saw an advert for some gismo that monitors the tyre pressure in each wheel and displays it on a dash mounted display. Great, sorted, but................

Today as we walked back from the football field, he noticed that one tyre was very, very soft, almost flat, so that means the gismo monitor was leaking air from the tyre or there is a puncture in the tyre.

So, using the tyre pump he keeps in the back of the car he pumped up the tyre and will keep an eye on the wheel as we pass first thing in the morning.

After that he got all industrial and swept the front of the house where the dead leaves from next doors jungle was piled all over the place!

Holly and I sat at the window watching him when there appeared a white van we know. It was Duncan a delivery man who has often delivered stuff to us and here he was with OTL's scanner!

As you would imagine, we gave Duncan a good woof then headed off to the office to watch OTL set up the scanner and process the paperwork.

The job is boring but the scanner is interesting and even The Missus wants to use it!

Down on the sea front there were a few families wandering along the seaside.

No woofers, just us and OTL. The wind was still blowing so that kept the insects down deep in the undergrowth. So, OTL took the camera with him but didn't take any pictures at all!

This afternoon we had our wander around the garden sniffing the sniffs. There wasn't and sniffs worth rolling in, we are not as lucky as Archie Babe who has a garden full of super sniffs!

See you tomorrow!

Luv,

Daisy, Holly, Miss Wendy and Eric de Ferret.
