The rain helps fill the pond!

Hello Woofers!

It's Daisy again.

Well, it's been a rather dismal day here in North Kent. No rain, just a grey day. It was dark when we arrived in the football field and by the time, we got down to the sea front all the sunrise had disappeared behind the clouds. So much for the sunrise!

Old Two Legs didn't even get the camera out and instead spent all the walk gassing to other Two Legs and throwing the tennis ball!

I did manage to grab the ball but, in the end, let it go 'cos it wasn't my ball!

Lunchtime there was an improvement, no woofers and I got to play with my tennis ball, OTL was kicking it while I chased after it. Not that I took the ball back to OTL in fact I nearly wee’d on it waiting for him to pick it up!

I did enjoy sitting on the sea wall looking out for interesting ships but to be honest, they were too far away!

Well, it's not a ship, looking more like a small boat!

I then decided that there was a ship steaming down the Thames. It was going like the clappers, obviously trying to beat the tide out!

That is going at a right old lick!

Having decided that there was nothing too interesting we headed off home. The next-door neighbours have a very pretty tree in the back garden showing all its autumn colours.

It is a colourful display but the birds have all kept away!

Over the last couple of weeks, we have been visited by a Sparrowhawk hunting for his lunch in our garden so now every time I look out of the window there seems to be more 'Guards' than 'Diners'!

See you all tomorrow.

Luv,

Daisy.

How's your ribs OTL?

 Hi Woofers.

Daisy Dog here!

Now then, you know I didn't upload Daisy's Diary yesterday, well, there's a very good reason.

I was playing Daisy the Nurse!

You see, yesterday, Old Two Legs was all dressed up and ready to take me out for my lunchtime walk.

OTL came down the stairs, got to the bottom stem and managed to trip then fall down the last step and bang into the wall.

Oh! Golly Gosh quote OTL as he managed to ram his shoulder into the wall and at the same time hit his rib cage into the wall and hurting himself!

It was a while before he got up and even then, he was in pain. He didn't think he had broken any ribs, more than likely bruised or twisted them. No blood pouring out of his mouth, so, no punched lung. Just hurting time!

I fed him some Co--Codamol tablets and which eased the pain and a couple more before bed time, which allowed him to get to sleep!

This morning the sunrise didn't happen, well not much, and all we got was an almost cloudless sky!

We could have done with some more cloud!

We met up with Eric and his mate whose name sounds like Mierd but I am sure I've got it wrong!

On the way home OTL stopped to take a shot of the cranes who are building the gas containers, it won't be long before they are finished.

OK, I'm off to give OTL another lick on his head and try to make it better for him!

Bye for now.

Luv,

Daisy.
