The rain helps fill the pond!

Hello Woofers!

It's Daisy again.

Well, it's been a rather dismal day here in North Kent. No rain, just a grey day. It was dark when we arrived in the football field and by the time, we got down to the sea front all the sunrise had disappeared behind the clouds. So much for the sunrise!

Old Two Legs didn't even get the camera out and instead spent all the walk gassing to other Two Legs and throwing the tennis ball!

I did manage to grab the ball but, in the end, let it go 'cos it wasn't my ball!

Lunchtime there was an improvement, no woofers and I got to play with my tennis ball, OTL was kicking it while I chased after it. Not that I took the ball back to OTL in fact I nearly wee’d on it waiting for him to pick it up!

I did enjoy sitting on the sea wall looking out for interesting ships but to be honest, they were too far away!

Well, it's not a ship, looking more like a small boat!

I then decided that there was a ship steaming down the Thames. It was going like the clappers, obviously trying to beat the tide out!

That is going at a right old lick!

Having decided that there was nothing too interesting we headed off home. The next-door neighbours have a very pretty tree in the back garden showing all its autumn colours.

It is a colourful display but the birds have all kept away!

Over the last couple of weeks, we have been visited by a Sparrowhawk hunting for his lunch in our garden so now every time I look out of the window there seems to be more 'Guards' than 'Diners'!

See you all tomorrow.

Luv,

Daisy.

  1. Yo Daisy. Hope OTL has recovered from his hurts, I'm sure with your excellent nursing he must be feeling a bit better. Well it threw it down here last night and during the night but it stopped by the time I got up this morning. I went for a late walk but I didn't see any of my mates so it was a bit boring. My mum had quite a lot of jobs to do today but my boy was off work so he went shopping and bought back some treats. I got some broccoli and my mum got some apple turnovers. Smashing pictures of you today and that tree is quite pretty but nowhere near as pretty as you. Watch out for them birdies cos they can be vicious. Take care and stay warm and safe all. Love, licks and sniffs from little Arch and the others. xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
