The First Day of Spring!

Hello Woofers!

It's Daisy, Holly, Miss May, Miss April, Miss Wendy and 'Cuddles' Freddy de Ferret!

Well, what a day!

A little chilly to begin with but it brightened up later in the day.

We saw on the computer that this day is officially the First Day of Spring! So, does that mean the weather will be warm and dry and I can go swimming every day and Old Two Legs will be hunting 'Solder Beetles' with his camera and we get to chase more Bunnies?

Maybe!

We met up with Holly's Heart Throb, Big Bert! of course, she was straight up to him and started to play The Tart, as normal! You know she can be sooo embarrassing sometimes!

Holly Tarting Around!
Both May and April said they could sniff Weasels and that was a sign that they had started the Spring Ceremony of 'Hunt a Jill'!

April said that while it was interesting, if we didn't mind, she would stay in the Ferret Bag!

Back home The Missus called us into the kitchen and presented us with our food bowls full of Doggy Scoff!

Yuk, Yuk. Yuk, Yuk. Yuk, Yuk. Yuk, Yuk. Yuk, Yuk. Yuk, Yuk. Yuk, Yuk. Yuk, Yuk. Yuk, Yuk!

Holly and I headed off to our beds and spent a couple of hours grumbling that The Missus really hates us!

OTL cleared all the cages and he spotted Miss Wendy climbing up the Page 3 Girls cage and started to dance on top and calling them rude names!

Ya Boo Rat Chops!
Of course, she went into the 'Naughty Cage' just to teach her to behave!

After the cleaning OTL sat down to watch the recording of the F1 race which was full of  incidents and one almighty crash which was a bit scary but in the end there were no injuries, which is good news!

Now I did my normal trick of waiting until we got to the last ten laps when I started to 'Talk' to OTL saying that I really needed to go out for a wee!

That was it, he hit the 'Pause' button and took us all out!

We found a tennis ball on our way to the beach and Holly and I started to bury it in the sand, then we would dig it up again only to dig a deeper hole and bury it again!

This time the ferrets joined in the game and some were digging deeper holes!

Come on, Our Turn!
What we didn't tell them was that we had removed the ball!

Quick sit on the ball!
Mind you, that didn't stop Freddy and Wendy from having a great time digging a deep hole!

Who needs a ball? We got Claws!
Of course, after the hole digging I went in the water for a little paddle, much to OTL's disgust 'cos the water was all cloudy with mud and stuff that had come down the river!

I didn't care and even went in for a second and third paddle pretending the cold water had made my ears go deaf!

As we headed back to the car, Freddy decided he wanted a carry 'cos his legs were almost all worn away after all that digging!

Honest, my legs have seized up!
Not that we believed him at all 'cos he has played that trick too often!

Then he tried it again as we got near to the top of the hill and this time he said his tummy was sore as well from scraping along the ground!

That's it, I'm done for! I'm seizing up all over!
OTL gave him a little carry, but only as far as the top of the hill. Not because of his supposed injuries but just for his cheek!

Back home OTL was able to watch the last ten laps while I went off to finish my bowl of Scoff.

It was horrid but I was just a little hungry. Mind you, TM will not get any cuddles tonight from Holly or me!

That will teach her!

See you tomorrow!

Luv,

Daisy, Holly, Miss May, Miss April, Miss Wendy and Freddy de Ferret!

Saturday is for relaxing!

Hi Woofers!

Here we are, Daisy, Holly, Miss May, Miss April, Miss Wendy and the super Freddy de Ferret!

We love Saturdays, Old Two Legs stays in bed an extra fifteen minutes! The Missus is normally off to a Master Class or like today, a 'Crop' at the village hall!

It wasn't too cold this morning but there was no sun shining down on us!

We met up with young Poppy who had been to the 'Poodle Parlour' for a 'Short Back and Sides!'

Of course, after a quick 'Hello' to OTL she then sat down to watch May and April playing on the sand.

They are Sooo Funny!
We were all having a good time and I managed to find a really good pile of smelly to roll in!

OTL spotted Kez the Kestrel hovering above the ground looking for his breakfast!

Here Mousy Mousy!
Back home we had a visit from a man who is to give our double glazed windows some TLC. The windows and doors need some re-aligning to bring it all back up to original specifications!

Holly and I woofed at the man but got a bit bored as he was 'Talking Technical' to OTL who seemed to understand what he was saying!

We went off to the office and curled up on our cushions and had a super snooze.

We were a bit late going out at lunchtime 'cos OTL decided to have a snooze!

Freddy and Wendy didn't mind and were awake when OTL got them out of their cage.

Down on the beach Freddy was playing Dozzers. He does love a good dig in the sand and it also helps to keep his claws trimmed to length.

Now watch this Sand Slinging!
Wendy went off to hunt for the Slimy Thing that is rumoured to be hiding under the sea weed.

I wonder if it is here?
Freddy left off digging when he heard that Wendy was chasing a Big Slimy Thing but as it was Holly who said that, we think she was just winding Freddy up again!

Well, it looks like a rock to me!
I thought it was very funny, I mean, Freddy thinking a rock was a Slimy Thing!

Just what does he think there is under that sea weed?
TM was off to a Crop at the village hall and on our way back from our walk we all dropped into the village hall to see what time TM wanted to be picked up. Of course we woofed our way into the hall while Freddy and Wendy went in tucked up in their Ferret Bag.

We all said 'Hello' and Holly mugged a bit of biscuit from a lady in the kitchen!

Freddy and Wendy both got loads of cuddles and strokes, but no nibbles!

Tonight I think the F1 recordings are going to be watched 'cos there are loads of programs have been recorded!

I can see Holly and I will be snoozing on the sofa tonight!

See you all tomorrow!

Luv,

Daisy, Holly, Miss May, Miss April, Miss Wendy and Freddy de Ferret.

Weekend is Here!

Hi Woofers!

Daisy, Holly, Miss May, Miss April, Miss Wendy and the wonderful Freddy de Ferret are back again!

We like Fridays 'cos Old Two Legs works hard to clear up all his outstanding work so he doesn't have to worry about anything over the weekend.

It doesn't always work but today he managed to get almost all of it done, well enough not to worry too much!

This mornings run on the beach was fun, just a little colder than yesterday 'cos there was no sun but the wind had dropped and we had a right game on the beach.

May was running into the waters edge and then running back and shouting 'You Can't Catch Me!'

Just wait for the Summer when the waves are bigger and she slows down a bit!

Can't catch me!
Miss April said she would rather stay in the bag than be on a cold beach. May went and gave her a cuddle and told her she would stay with April until OTL picked her up, which he did!

I'll stay with you Sis!
That left May enough time to join Holly and me in sniffing a block of wood that had landed on the shore!

Holly reckons it came from the old dock yard 'cos it sniffed of old tar and rats!

Well I can sniff tar but not the Rats!
May then decided that she didn't want the block on our beach 'cos it made the place look untidy, so she jumped on top of it and gave it a good telling off!

I want you off this beach on the next tide, or else!
I don't know if it was listening but a ferret can be most forceful if it wants!

Lunchtime Freddy and Wendy were having fun digging holes in the sand. Wendy is rather good at shifting sand and makes a neat, well rounded hole that I would be pleased with. Of course, you have to make allowances for her size and the size of the hole but when you consider her size, it's a pretty good hole!

and a little pat there to keep the wall up!
Freddy gets carried away with his sand holes. They sort of turn into long trenches with wobbly bits in the middle and the depth varies as well! Still, he does enjoy himself, even if he does get excited when shifting sand!

I just love starting a new hole!
The Missus is in a good mood, the F1 racing has started and she has been watching the practice sessions. I wouldn't mind betting that she will be up at one in the morning on Sunday to watch the race!

She will be the only one up 'cos the rest of us will be fast asleep!

We were glad to see that Izzy has been digging in the veggy patch, we don't have a veggy patch here but Holly knows how to make up for that!

We have a rat that has set up house under our shed and comes out in the morning to get the seed the birds drop from the seed feeders. OTL has got the rat trap out again and is trying to get Ratty to get inside the trap so he can transport him to the 'Wild Life Field'.

Now Ratty is a bit particular on where he puts his paws and so far, no matter what OTL baits the trap with, Ratty doesn't feel interested enough to venture in the cage.

Holly on the other paw thinks it is a good game to try to get out the latest morsel and spends ages digging in and around the trap, getting her paws all covered with mud and bird seed!

TM is not too happy with Holly 'cos she then walks into the lounge leaving a mud and seed trail behind her!

The latest morsel to bait the trap is a 'Fat Ball' that the Starlings just love, so we are seeing if Ratty also likes it enough to venture into the trap!

We are off to try some mugging.

See you tomorrow!

Luv,

Daisy, Holly, Miss May, Miss April, Miss Wendy and Freddy de Ferret.

Busy, Busy, Again!

Hi Woofers!

We're back again, Daisy, Holly, Miss May, Miss April, Miss Wendy and Freddy de Ferret!

Wot a difference a day makes! Just look at the sunshine, no wind and everyone is out walking woofers!

We came across young Bryn and Poppy who were out for a stroll. As normal, Poppy said 'Hello' to us then raced over to Old Two Legs, rolled onto her back and waited for OTL to tickle her tum!

Long time no sniff!
We had a close brush with some geese who were looking to 'Bomb' us with poo! They came racing along the shore, honking away like mad.

Incoming!
Lucky for us, Holly went into 'Woofing Mode' and upset their formation so that they went out a bit and missed us all together!

That was a close one!
Back home May and April were looking forward to a rampage and another attack on Freddy and Wendy's cage. Unfortunately for them OTL had used our cushions to block the bottom of the cage and neither May or April could get to Fred or Wendy!

So, with no fun there they went on a prolonged game of 'Chase' and managed to turn OTL's office into big pile of Mess!

They also managed to dig out a load of bubble wrap from a parcel and spent ages popping the bubbles and rolling in the wrap!

It seems that Fred and Wendy were watching that game and as soon as they were let out of the cage, they had a great time in the bubble wrap as well!

There was popping all over the place and Wendy was going potty jumping all over it!

Down on the beach at lunchtime it was all balmy breezes and sunshine. Wendy was having a game of 'Dozzers' while Holly and I did some serious investigating of a new sniff we had found!

Brrrrm! Brrrrrrm!
Now this sniff hadn't been there this morning so we had to do some serious sniffing. Almost sniffing down to DNA level!

Interesting, very interesting!
We heard Freddy going 'Ow, Ow, Ow' and when we looked over to where he was, there he was, on his back and when he saw everyone was looking at him.

'Ow, Ow, My Legs Fallen Off'

I mean, just how many time does he think he can play that trick!

My legs have fallen off, Honest!

Back home OTL has been working hard getting some orders out to the carriers. That means we have been left on our own to have a snooze until dinner time.

We were glad to see that Archie Babe was OK at the Vet's. We really don't like vets 'cos most of the time we end up getting stabbed with needles and other nasty stuff!

Miss Wendy has got to go down the vets next Monday to get 'Done' so that means Freddy won't be getting his cuddles for a week or so!

Poor Freddy!

We are off to see what is for dinner, it's got to be better than the Doggy Scoff that is in our bowls!

Bye bye for now.

Luv,

Daisy, Holly, Miss May, Miss April, Miss Wendy and Freddy de Ferret.

Freddy does try to understand but.....................

Hi Woofers!

It's Daisy, Holly, Miss May, Miss April, Miss Wendy and Freddy de Ferret here again!

Wow! Wot a windy day it's been!

We were out first thing this morning and I thought my tail was going to be blown off!

It was a case of 'Get in Fast' before the wind blew the sniffs away!

Hurry Up! The Sniff is being blown away!
We were all glad to be back home for a meal and a snooze!

We thought that by lunchtime the wind would have slowed down but when Freddy and Wendy were let out of the bag all they wanted to do was get back in again!

To try and keep warm they both started to play 'Bulldozers' and dug a trench while Holly and I were chasing up and down the beach with a used ball of egg sacks!

Wendy starting her trench!
Freddy started off slowly but once he got going there was sand flying everywhere!

OK, Line up the direction East to West and GO!
Freddy really got going and although he did a 'Wobble' I must say that his trench was rather impressive for a Ferret!

This is how it's done!
While Freddy was throwing the sand about Wendy and I had a game of 'On Yer Head' with the egg sacks.

The only problem was trying to stop it from blowing away down the beach!

OK, On Yer 'ead this time!
Back home it was sleepy time and we all crashed out. I was on our cushion while Holly was on the sofa watching the birds, before she fell asleep!

All the ferrets were doing what ferrets do best, snooooooze!

The Missus was playing about with her crafting, being all 'Creative' with a bucket of Splosh and a few beads!

Now OTL, in between working on the computer, put together a video of Wendy and Freddy playing together. We all had a good laugh and TM even put it on FaceAche!

Oh Fwedddy!

See you all tomorrow!

Luv,

Daisy, Holly, Miss May, Miss April, Miss Wendy and Freddy de Ferret.

Windy Weather!

Hi Woofers!

It's us back again, Daisy, Holly, Miss may, Miss April, Miss Wendy and the (Cuddly) Freddy de Ferret!

Once again it was a bit chilly down on the beach today, but it wasn't raining!

Looking across to Sheerness it looked a bit bleak but there wasn't the 'White Horses' we had yesterday!

A Bit Bleak!
While Old Two Legs was composing his picture of Sheerness we occupied our time by having a 'Sniff Chase' up and down the beach. While April was sniffing in between the rocks, May, Holly and I had a good explore in and under the sea weed!

There's some funny sniffs here!
The sea weed was slowly rotting away and it left some funny sniffs. May was very interested in the rotting weed and asked if it all was like this. Holly explained that different weed gave off different sniffs and some even gave off a gas that really got up your nose!

Is that Gas?
The Missus came along and both May and April got all sneaky and blagged a lift and a cuddle until OTL said that the idea of the walk was to give the ferrets some exercise!

Blagging a lift!
Back home we had a bowl full of heart for breakfast and we even managed to save some for a lunchtime nibble!

May was climbing all over Freddy's cage and trying to start a fight with Wendy so OTL put her in the 'Naughty Cage', three times!

Wendy was just as naughty, as soon as May and April were put back in their clean cage, May kicked the Poo Pot around the cage and Wendy climbed up a few bars and started to blow Ferret Raspberry's at May, which made her very cross indeed!

Then Freddy sat up and rattled the cage from the side wall. That made May even more upset and she flew at the cage to try to nibble Freddy's nose off!

Not that she had a chance 'cos OTL picked up both Freddy and Wendy and put them in the 'Naughty Cage' but only once 'cos as soon as they were let out they rushed of down to the kitchen to raid our biscuit bowl!

Lunchtime it was back to the beach, Freddy and Wendy had a little dig in the sand but were more interested in the Grass Path!

Freddy was sniffing and digging into the grass which means he was last up the hill, as normal!

You know wot? I just fancy a roll in something!
Freddy was having a great time diving into the grass and having a good roll that would get Holly and I into deep poo!

How does he get away with it?
Holly and TM  went walking ahead 'cos they got bored waiting. I stayed with OTL and even went back to tell Fred and Wendy to 'Shift Their Tails' 'cos everyone is getting cold waiting for them!

Waiting? Just For Us? How Sweet!
Freddy did his 'Broken Claw' trick which didn't fool anyone but it did get a lift for him and Wendy until they got to the bench where they had to walk all the rest of the way to the car!

Now OTL is getting some extra special sausages for dinner tonight, I think they are called Chorizo Sausages and OTL just loves them.

Holly and I think they are no better than Ferret Poo and refuse to even have a nibble! So it looks like we will be hungry tonight, unless he gets out the Shortbread and a new bottle of Malt Whisky!

See you tomorrow.

Luv,

Daisy, Holly, Miss may, Miss April, Miss Wendy and Freddy de Ferret!

OTL's got his eyeballs on!

Yo Woofers!

Us again, Daisy, Holly, Miss May, Miss April, Miss Wendy and Freddy de Ferret!

You will all be pleased to know that OTL can see out of his left eye again and although it's not 100% he says it is doing well. Not well enough for him to drive, so it is up to The Missus to take us all down the beach for a walk!

This morning first thing there was this howling wind coming in off the North Sea and it was COLD!

Walking down to the beach it was blowing right up our tails!

We have had better walks!

I should have put my coat on!
Mind you, when we got onto the beach it was protected by the sea wall, just a bit and enough for us to have a game of  'Dig and Whizz'

A fast game that can get very rough!
May asked if her and April could join in the game but as Holly explained, Ferrets just can't run quick enough and would get left behind.

Sorry, you just are not fast enough!
May said that if we had some more ferrets then the ferrets could have their own teams!

OTL said NO, and so did TM!

Spoil sports!

Back home it was Doggy Scoff again, still we hear that OTL is getting a Steak and Chips meal tonight, so Holly and I could be in for a treat, if we are all cuddly and loving towards OTL!

Lunchtime we were back down the beach and this time Freddy and Wendy came along for a run and to use the new Travelling Cage for the first time.

Miss Wendy had some fun on the beach doing her own Dig and Whizz only she didn't Dig too much and the Whizz was only as far as her lead would allow!

and now The Whizz!
Holly though it was great that Wendy wanted to try out the game and even joined in with a little Whizz!

Here is a Doggy Whizz!
Wendy got all sneaky and did a Whizz that ended at the bottom of TM's legs!

Of course, TM bent down and picked Wendy up and gave her a cuddle!

Wendy is a Sneaky Ferret!
You can tell it is both windy and cold 'cos TM is dressed up like an Eskimo AND she has got her 'Doris' jumper on!

Back in the car the ferrets were pleased with the new cage and Freddy was able to roll around without upsetting Wendy and she was able look out of the cage door and not have Freddy treading on her paws!

This cage is 'The Dogs'!
Now, to help you get over the lack of photos from OTL, we have found out he has put some of his Orkney trip up on a gallery he is a member of.

So, what do you think?

Orkney February 2016

Holly says it's bit like Marmite, you either love it or hate it!

Me, I like Marmite!

See you tomorrow!

Luv,

Daisy, Holly, Miss May, Miss April, Miss Wendy and Freddy de Ferret.

A Quiet Day, sort of!

Hi Woofers!

Daisy, Holly, Miss May, Miss April, Miss Wendy and Freddy de Ferret here!

Why is it that weekends seem so busy and they go so quickly?

Take today, we were up good and early to see if Old Two Legs eyeball was OK, and it was!

He reckons it is still sore and feels like he has got Grain Beach in it!

As well as the sand it also hurts if he goes out in the sunshine. He says it is like getting stabbed in the eye with a sharp stick!

So, before The Missus went off for her Master Class at a local Craft Supplier, we got one of those 'Speed Wee's' around the Farm Fields.

OTL cleaned all the cages and introduced May to the new Travelling Cage 'cos she was a naughty girl and tried to start a punch up with Freddy and Wendy!

I must say, the cage is dead super looking, a bit bigger than the other one and so much stronger and on top of that it is approved for animal transport on a plane!

There was a great fun and games when Freddy and Wendy got let out of their cage to have a rampage, Wendy disappeared for a while then reappeared from behind the furniture. Seems she fell asleep after hoarding some of our Brambles Biscuits!

Freddy was having a game of 'Chase' with OTL and got dragged around the bathroom floor by his front paws. You see Freddy just loves this game. He grabs hold of OTL's finger in each claw and the OTL drags him around in a sort of snake movement and all the time Freddy is chuckling away and laughing his tail off!

Then, when he lets go, OTL proceeds to tickle his ribs which makes him laugh even more!

He can be a right soppy ferret sometimes and so can Freddy!

OTL decided that he wanted to have a sit down and catch up on a couple of programes TM had recorded for him but I wanted to go out for a walk. Now, because he can't drive the car yet and even if he could, TM had pinched the car anyway, we had to go over the fields again.

Now that didn't help OTL.

Although he had his dark glasses on, the sun still hurt his eye and he spent all of the walk with that eye closed!

We didn't hang about too long 'cos the cold wind was also causing the eye to be chilled which hurt as well!

OTL has not been a Happy Puppy today!

This evening little April has had a bought of coughing which concerns OTL and he gets all up set. April is removed from the cage and OTL gives her a cuddle and a slurp of Ferretone, not a lot but enough to stop her coughing and most times the slurping sort of breaks the circle of coughing.

Then she get some more cuddles and goes back into bed where she falls asleep again until the morning!

The coughing is all to do with her heart condition and fluid on the lungs. She has medication to help her get rid of the fluid but there are times when it sort of 'Gangs Up' on her!

I'm sorry there is still no photos but with a bit of luck we might get some tomorrow morning 'cos TM has promised to drive OTL and us down to the beach for a run!

Claws crossed it won't be raining!

Now we reckon that we could have a load of fun if we found a frog in our garden but so far, only OTL has seen one and he was seen just once and never again!

Mind you, we have a rat that appears every so often in our garden. Last year OTL got hold of a rat trap to try to catch it but without success and the rat wasn't seen for ages and ages, until last week!

There it was, bold as brass, nibbling away at the bird seed that had fallen from the bird feeders.

Out comes the rat trap again and this  time OTL baited it up with some Ferret Food.

Seems out ratty chat doesn't like ferret food so today OTL took one of the chicken bones, with a little bit of meat on it and baited the trap again. Claws crossed that Ratty falls for it 'cos if he does, then it will be TM, OTL, Daisy, Holly, Miss May, Miss April and Ratty heading off to Grain Beach but Ratty will be dropped of at the little field that has bee planted with trees, a Barn Owl Box erected in the back corner! The place has been called a 'Wild Life' corner and we reckon that Ratty will be pretty wild when he finds there is no bird seed for him to eat!

Maybe he will find some frogs to pal up with!

Auntie Sue seems to be having fun with the new Motor Home, I wonder how she is getting on with the outside shower? Why do you have to keep your boots on? Strange things these TL get up to!

Right, we are off for a snooze before bed time so Bye Bye form now and see you tomorrow!

Luv,

Daisy, Holly, Miss May, Miss April, Miss Wendy and the lovely Freddy de Ferret.

Eye Eye!

Hi Woofers!

Daisy, Holly, Miss May, Miss April, Miss Wendy and Freddy (Gissa Cuddle) de Ferret here!

Well, today has been exciting and Boring and Great, all at the same time!

Let me explain.

This morning we were kicked out of bed good and early by The Missus who spent the early hours crashing about getting her stuff ready for the 'Master Class' today in the village hall.

All that noise kept waking us all up so in the end Old Two Legs was up and cleaning the ferrets cage before they had even woken up!

Our morning walk was just for Holly and I 'cos we had to be back by seven to take TM up the hall. Then it was back home to finish the cage cleaning and replenishing the food bowls!

Auntie Jane arrived at eight thirty to take OTL off to the hospital to have his eyeball done, the left one on account they did the right one before!

There was loads of paperwork to complete an it wasn't until two thirty that OTL was allowed to go home!

Our lunchtime walk was good, I had a roll in something really smelly and TM was not a Happy Puppy 'cos it made her late getting back to the Master Class!

Holly and I were both left on our own until OTL came back and when he did, we gave him a big welcome and he even got a cuddle from us both as he tried to have a snooze in his armchair!

Now he has told us he has a problem. His right eye was done and his glasses make the world look fuzzy and now that his left eye is done, he has fuzzy vision with the glasses on, in both eyes!

So, take off the glasses and at the moment, he has vision in his right eye but it only comes into focus when things are an arm length away, and closer or further away, it all goes fuzzy again!

So, tomorrow when he gets to take off the protective eye patch, both eyes will focus on his finger tips and everything else will be fuzzy.

Which means he can't wear his glasses, so the world all fuzzy, including the computer screen where he helps prepare the photos. So, until he works out some way of processing the photos without seeing if everything is in focus, we are stuffed!

I suppose that means we will have to paint a picture with words!

Well, after OTL left for the hospital this morning, it was BORING, even the ferrets went back to sleep!

As it was so BORING, Holly and I went back to sleep until TM came back.

After our walk and wash to get the smelly off me, it was BORING until OTL came home!

OTL discovered the new Travelling Cage for the ferrets which looks dead smart. Holly and I are just a bit too big to go inside, so we decided the cage was BORING!

Tomorrow should be a lot more fun and hopefully, not a BORING as today!

I reckon that picture is a bit BORING!

See you all tomorrow!

Luv,

Daisy, Holly, Miss May, Miss April, Miss Wendy and Freddy de Ferret.

OTL has a new Dead Rat Microphone!

Hi Woofers!

It's Daisy, Holly, Miss May, Miss April, Miss Wendy and 'Fall Over' Freddy de Ferret!

Another super day today!

It was a bit chilly to start but once the sun got up it melted all the frost and warmed everything up!

Both May and April said it was too cold to begin with and elected to stay in the ferret bag!

May likes riding in the bag but she keeps sticking her head out and talking to Old Two Legs!

No, it's OK, I'm standing on Aprils head!
Most of the time she is what OTL calls a 'Back Seat Driver'!

Keep to the left and mind that rabbit hole over there!
Down on the beach April said that she was still cold and could she have a cuddle please? Of course, OTL picked her up and she got a ride in the bag until we got to the grass path where she did a bit of sniffing!

I'm cold, I need a cuddle please!
May spent some time helping Holly and me search for the sniff from yesterday but we didn't find it so we reckon it got washed out to sea!

Not even a sniff of a sniff!
When we got back there was some horrid Doggy Scoff in the bowl, phew! I've sniffed better sniffs than that!

Looks like we are going hungry again today!

The Postman called and delivered OTL's new microphone for the video camera. It looks dead smart and all professional looking. It also has a filter thing to help stop the wind blowing across the microphone and making a terrible noise.

OTL said we will try it out on the lunch time walk.

Holly said that although it looks professional, it also looks like a Dead Rat!

So, that's what we are going to call it, OTL's 'Dead Rat Microphone'!

Dead Rat or Hamster?
So, Dead Rat or not we went out to try it out and we all gave it a good test!

Dead Rat

Well, we reckon that OTL's laboured breathing and the crunch of his boots on the sea shells may have added a bit of realism but we prefer the new microphone!

Next we will see how The Missus sounds when she does the next 'Glue Slapping Video'!

See you tomorrow!

Luv,

Daisy, Holly, Miss May, Miss April, Miss Wendy and Freddy de Ferret!
