Captain Bird Poo!

 Hello Woofers!

Daisy, Holly, Miss Wendy and Eric de Ferret here again!

Now, this is a first for this year, normally we take the morning walk over the old golf course but today, being that we were up early, Old Two Legs decided we would go down to the sea front and maybe catch the sunrise!

We got down there just as the sun climbed over the horizon and with a little fiddly diddly on the camera controls, OTL took a couple of shots of Sunrise!

Calm waters and a sunrise, first this year!

Another shot, just turned to the right a little.

A couple of minutes later and the sun was up and the red sunrise had disappeared and the sky was bright blue and grey.

It stayed like that for most of the day and just for a change, we went down the sea front at lunchtime.

Now, how about this.

Old Two Legs has let the hair on his face grow longer than normal, just for a laugh and to see what it looks like.

The other day, in passing, The Missus told him that with the longer hair it made him look younger!

OTL thought she was just poking fun at him and he didn't take too much notice of it, however, today we met up with Paul one of the TL's we sometimes meet and during the conversation he mentioned that OTL's beard was longer than normal and that it suited OTL because of the suntan colour of his face went with the colour of the hair!

Now, I mean, OTL is just hairy and while we know both Eric and Wendy love nuzzling into his hairy chin, we certainly wouldn't call him younger looking!

 Captain Bird Poo!

Holly calls him that 'cos she reckons he looks like he is advertising Fish Fingers!

 See you tomorrow!

Luv,

Daisy, Holly, Miss Wendy and Eric de Ferret!

Another Snoozy DAy!

 Hello Woofers!

It's Daisy, Holly, Miss Wendy and Eric de Ferret again!

Holly Dog got herself into trouble this morning, on our way around the old golf course she found a really good sniffy pile to roll in and came up with a real stinker of sniff all over her back and sides!

As you would imagine, Old Two Legs was not a happy puppy and made sure that Holly was marched up stairs and into the shower!

She got washed, showered, sloshed and sploshed until all of the sniff was removed!

Holly Dog was not a Happy Puppy but, in the end, she was clean!

Lunchtime we were down the sea side and OTL was keeping a close eye on Holly to make sure she didn't find another sniff to roll in!

Looking at the Two Trees you can see that they are going to be bald for some time, a bit like OTL!

No, Not bald, just free of hair!

The rig has got a new radio, we know that 'cos the program shows the RAN as a bit biger than the ships that plough up and down the rivers!

With a new radio it may be on the move soon?

Another view from the hill in the forest.

We had used the big car today, just to give it some exercise and top the battery up. The back seats were down and Holly and have the run of the back. Mind you, I like standing up on the back seats and looking out the front window.

From that position I can also stick my nose in OTL's eat if I want to point out something ahead of us!

Mind that car on the left!

Back home again, we spent the afternoon snoozing under the office desk while OTL was plonking away on the computer, boring or wot!

We loved reading about Archie Babe installing the new washing machine, engineer or wot?

Bye for now!

Luv,

Daisy, Holly, Miss Wendy and Eric de Ferret.

Busy doing nothing!

 Hi Woofers!

Daisy, Holly, Miss Wendy and Eric de Ferret back again!

Well, today it's been a bit boring. It's been raining on and off, not very much but enough to wet Old Two Legs coat. It's still muddy on the old golf course and at times OTL was slipping and sliding all over the place!

Lunchtime we were down the sea front, in the rain, but like this morning, it wasn't heavy but enough to wet him!

We met up with 'Bob' who loves OTL and always has a game of 'Chase the Ball'.

Today Bob saw OTL and ran up to him for a tickle on his tail and then ran back to his TL and came bounding up to OTL with the ball. After a few throws, we headed off towards home while we headed off to the sea front.

We enjoyed a run along the sea wall, sniffing the sniffs!

Not a woofer to be seen!

Looking over to Sheerness we saw the rig was still sitting by the dockside, maybe waiting for a new radio!

Still waiiting for the radio!

Back home we all had a snooze and a spot of lunch before falling asleep!

See you all tomorrow!

Luv,

Daisy, Holly, Miss Wendy and Eric de Ferret.

It will be 'Holiday Time' soon!

 Hi Woofers!

Daisy, Holly, Miss Wendy and Eric de Ferret here!

It is surprising that the weather has warmed up considerably, our morning walk across the old golf course was fun. We spotted a fox in the distance but by the time we got to the bramble bush it had disappeared. We went hunting for rabbits but couldn't find any, maybe the fox had found them all!

Lunchtime we first went to the garage to get some more diesel for the big car. It was fun sitting in the back and woofing at the cars passing by!

Once again, we investigated the sniffs we missed out on yesterday!

Now, this one is ok, missed it yesterday!

Down on the sea wall we saw that the rig was still there. This surprised Old Two Legs as the computer program he has to monitor ship movements. Looking at the program showed that the rig wasn't at Sheerness! When we got to see Sheerness, the rig was still there!

That means they have turned the locator radio off!

Will there be a new radio?

Pity the tide is out, I fancy a paddle!

We were surprised that there were a number of Two Legs out walking their woofers but they are all the normal TL's, it was just that there were so many of them!

We had a run along the sandy beach then off into the forest.

Now, the other day we found an Australian Catkin and today we went further into the forest and found a couple of Catkin trees, one from America and one from China!

To the West is the American Catkin.

A bit further back there it was, a Chinese Catkin pointing to the East!

  A Chinese Take- a - Way?

OTL has booked the caravan in for some repairs so when the ban on holidays gets lifted, we will be off to Scotland for a dip in the sea in Carradale!

It's such a bore staying at home, we can't wait to get back out on the road again!

Once the weather warms up, OTL has some repairs to do on the caravan and once done there is nothing to stop us from having some weekends away!

Now, that would be fun!

See you all tomorrow.

Luv,

Daisy, Holly, Miss Wendy and Eric de Ferret.
