It's Friday!

 Hello Woofers!

It's that time of the week when we all wind down and get ready to enjoy the weekend.

First thing this morning I was up good and early, waking Old Two Legs up so he can get out early and catch the sunrise.

What happened?

He went back to sleep!

You know I had to wake him up three times, and woof at some cats in the front drive!

By the time we got down to the sea front the sun had got up but OTL, being a clever woofer, managed to get some sort of moody shots.

See what I mean, Moody!

OTL reckons that if he had his 'Big Stopper' filter and a tripod he could have made it all sort of misty or fuzzy.

However, he didn't and we got it 'As is'!

Mind you, turning the camera on its side produced a good shot and the Two Legs walking along the sea wall added some more interest.

There is the Two Legs but she looks like her dog has gone!

This afternoon OTL has been finishing up the Tax and VAT records, he hates doing it and is in a much better mood when it's finished!

The lunchtime walk was good, the temperature was well up and I even left my jacket at home!

OTL wanted to take my picture but you know me, I get all shy and keep turning my head so he doesn't see my eyes!

I know what he is trying to do!

Gottcha!

So, that's about all for today, I'm looking forward to an extra hour in bed tomorrow!

I sure am glad I don't have to get up at 'Silly O Clock'!

It's that time again!

 Hi Woofers,

Daisy and Eric de Ferret here!

Well, yet another damp and grey day, mind you, when we went out this morning the wind was coming from the West and believe it or not, it felt warm!

Damp and grey with a dash of warm breezy wind!

Now I know we don't expect to get warm winds but the temperature had dropped enough to be noticed!

Old Two Legs was busy this morning doing some more manufacturing, so that at lunchtime he had finished and was ready to take it down to the carriers when he went out.

Now, this going out was not as pleasant as normal 'cos he had to visit the dentist for the first time in three years!

The last time he visited the dentist it was just when this Covid thing started and OTL and the Missus went into voluntary hibernation so as to stay away from everyone, including the children and grandchildren, especially the grandchildren cos they always have coughs and colds and are full of germs and all they have to do is look at you and your infected!

So, three years and inspection showed up that two small fillings were needed. Not bad for three years!

When he got back, he was plonking away on the computer cos it was time to pay the HMRC another instalment of income tax!

Poor OTL, he always cries when this happens!

Eric has been cuddling up to OTL this afternoon as well. He starts of cuddled and snoozing but as soon as OTL puts him back in the cage, Eric is up and tugging on the cage door wanting to come out again for another cuddle!

This goes on all day, so that's why today’s blog is a little late!

OTL's got the Windows 11!

Hello Woofers,

It's Daisy and Eric de Ferret again!

No sunrise this morning, it was all cold and grey and a little misty on the horizon. On top of that, we were late in getting up. Well, OTL was late, I got up earlier and went down stairs to see what The Missus was doing, and snaffle a chew as well, then I went back upstairs and gave OTL's ear a god licking, just to wake him up!

I might as well not bother cos he was half way to going to sleep again!

Today the car mender sent a video of the car with a running commentary that agreed the radio was dead!

I mean, if you turn on the radio and a message flash up saying that there is no signal you can bet that either the radio is dead of someone set fire to the BBC!

After checking to see if the BBC was still there, they went off looking for a new bit to make the radio work but unfortunately the bit won't arrive until next week sometime, could be Monday or even Friday!

So, after the lunchtime stroll, we headed off to pick up the car and they had given it a good wash and vacuum, looks dead smart!

Just before we left, a message came up on the computer screen saying that Windows 11 is ready to down load! Well, OTL says he is going to have some of that and set up downloading and installing it. As we were going to be out picking up the car, the computer was left to its own devices and installed W11 at the speed it wanted to go and without OTL tapping the keyboard to make it go faster!!

We got back and fired up the computer and there were some new stuffs we will have to investigate what it does but initially it looks like it is behaving its self.

Tomorrow OTL is off to the dentist for a check-up cos he hasn't seen the dentist for over two years. I have offered him the use of one of my teeth cleaning chews cos the vet says my teeth are in very good condition, bearing in mind I'm the wrong side of twelve years old!

OTL says he has an electric tooth brush he shoves in his mouth and cleans his choppers with that.

Don't fancy that myself, I prefer the chew!
