You buy Sixteen tons and what do you get?

Hello Woofers!

Daisy here with some funny tales!

Well, I thought it was hilarious, even if Old Two Legs was moaning about his back!

It all started this morning as we headed off to the sea side. Looking at the steam from the power station, we could see that the steam was going straight up and that means no wind!

No wind but that also means no sunshine!

We met up with a couple of tiddly woofers and of course, they both got a tickle on the tail from OTL, in fact one was so excited that she rolled onto her back and kicked her legs in the air!

She's got no manners!

After that shake I'm all wobbly now!

We saw a Greyhound type woofer on the beach having a little paddle in the mud, silly woofer couldn't wait until the tide came in!

Some woofers never learn!

What is the point of being a Greyhound if you are never let off the lead for a run around?

The Trunk Tables are still there in the forest, I was almost expecting them to have been picked up and rushed off to be some sort of garden furniture!

Tables I can see but where is the table cloths?

Now OTL has been pulling the grass and the weeds in the garden and today it was decided to get some flowers and rocks onto which to mount some of the garden furniture.

Now OTL's idea is to get some of those plants that come up on their own each year but The Missus loaded the barrow up with some bedding plants that will die off come autumn!

Then OTL picked up five bags of rocks to go as ground cover and help stop the weeds from growing through the rocks.

After spreading the rocks around TM volunteered to plant out the flowers.

I think she was feeling sorry for OTL, those rocks were heavy and he was holding his back like wot he was in agony!

Let's see what tomorrow brings!

Bye for now.

Luv,

Daisy.

 Hello Woofers!

Daisy here!

Well, we were up late this morning, missed all the woofers and the sunrise! Mind you, it was rather misty across the estuary and the container ship was almost hidden.

What we really need are a few sunbeams coming down from the clouds!

Back home I was a little restless and asked Old Two Legs if we can go out again. He thought I wanted another poo but really all I wanted to do was have a run across the old golf course.

On the way OTL spotted some of those Goats Beard flowers but they were a different colour to the red ones we normally see.

It's also called Jack Go to Bed at Midday!

When we got to the golf course it was all fenced in and a sandy path was laid for us to walk on, mind you, I did spot a couple of poo piles where the fox had missed the grass and left it on the path!

You know, I even had a sniff where the fox had been!

We walked around the golf course and down onto the marshes but to be honest, I just didn't fancy a long walk down to the sea, so I collapsed onto the gras and refused to move!

OTL came back and as soon as he put my lead onto my collar I was up and tugging to go back home!

As soon as he gets here, we are off back home again!

Well, it made a change from the walk along the sea wall!

See you tomorrow.

Luv,

Daisy!
