OTL is in TM's good books.........the Creep!

Hi Woofers!

Here we are, Daisy, Holly, Miss May, Miss Wendy, Freddy and Eric de Ferret!

We got an SMS from the vet, they want to see Eric de Ferret and stab him with a needle and charge Old Two Legs a fortune for the pleasure!

What they don't realise is that ferrets get stabbed every two years!

Still, it reminds us that Eric will have been with us for a whole year come the end of October.

So, that's a whole month to make up a Happy Birthday Song!

When we went down to the beach it was raining a tiny bit but not enough to worry us woofers!

A sort of misty rain!
One good thing was that there was a bit of a breeze blowing, that got rid of that yucky stuff we had seen the last two days!

These it is.........Gone!
Mind you, I still didn't fancy going in for a swim!

Miss May and I were hunting Weasel Sniffs today, it was good fun and we found two tracks!

You have to watch out for Weasel Poo as well!
Lunchtime we were out again with Fred and Wendy.

When we got to the beach and OTL put the ferrets on the sand, a bunch of Two Legs stopped and were all going 'Ooooooh! I see two ferrets'!

You would have thought that they would have come down onto the beach for a stroke, but no, they stood there on the Sea Wall, looking at us with their binoculars!

'Oooh, they look so big through my binoculars!
They didn't hang about too long 'cos Freddy turned around, waved his tail at them and did a big poo!

That got rid of them!

So Rude!
Not that Freddy worried, as he says, 'When you gotta go, you gotta go!

Back home the new dishwasher arrived and OTL installed all the pipes and cables and plugs and all that and then we put some plates and stuff in and ran the 'Pre-Wash' just to check for leaks. All dry and working well!

OTL was given a cup of tea when he finished! A sure sign TM was happy with the washer.

Now we are all rushing around collecting grubby plates and drinking bowls and dinner bowls and tea spoons and plates, all trying to fill the machine up for a 'Real Wash'!

OTL is still on the salad stuff, we don't do green food, unless it's a bit of grass when we get a dicky tummy!

Lucky for us, OTL will be getting a bit of steak tonight.

Guess who is going to help him finish it off!

Next Saturday OTL is off to the local Agricultural College for a day of being told how to clip woofers properly.

Just to be on the safe side, I have agreed that Holly goes with OTL to be the woofer wot gets bathed, clipped and stuff!

I'm not daft!

See you all tomorrow!

Luv,

Daisy, Holly, Miss May, Miss Wendy, Freddy and Eric de Ferret.

  1. Evening little maties. I'm well pleased that all that mucky stuff has gone from your beach. Did you find any weasels at the end of the sniffs? Way to go Freddie, you show them tourists that it's your beach and they have to show some respect to the locals. Fancy looking at you all thru binoculars, did they think they would end up getting eaten if they came off the sea wall and down on the beach? I think some TL's are very odd. Tell Mrs TM that she needs to give her dishwasher a real test, she needs to cook lots of dinners, which you and Holly chops will oblige and eat so that she has lots of plates to clean and give the dishwasher a real test. I bet OTL is looking forward to his steak and chips tonight, watch out that he isn't so starving that he forgets to share with you. My mum and my boy both scoffed a huge roast beef dinner and the tightwads didn't share anything with me. Now I reckon you should go along to this course thingywotsit to make sure they teach OTL right, I think Holly chops needs a bit of moral support if she's going to be bathed in public. We were supposed to be having a long lay in and a lazy day today, my mum got up quite early, I was expecting a much longer lay in but at least it wasn't as early as when she goes to work. I helped her change the bed, I'm such a good boy. The washing machine had been going all day so I'm hoping tomorrow it will be a quieter day, she's promised me a longer lay in and she says there will be no noisy machines being used. My boy is working nights all this week and my mum is off work until Wednesday afternoon so that's quite a bit of time for me to put my paws up and it means that when my mum does go to work, my boy will be at home with me. I'll put my thinking head on and see if I can come up with any verses towards Eric's birthday song. Have a lovely evening and hope the muggings are worthwhile. Love, licks, wags and sniffs from little Arch and Mr Nipper xxxxxxxxx

  2. Well done OTL for dishwasher engineering and his well earned cup of tea followed by a steak dinner that can't be bad, didn't he do well. The vet is in for a disappointment when they discover that they need to wait another year for a ferret stab, the vet will soon be on lettuce leaves! I don't think so! Fancy those TLs treating the furries like birds and looking through their binoculars but then they got close up and personal to a Freddy poo, I love it. Holly will be needing more food this week to make her fur grow enough to be used as a prop for OTLs sheering course, more little mite having to display all her bits and pieces to all. I actually read your writings as "bathed, clipped and stuffed" but then I quickly re-read it to find it was"and stuff", worry over. Hope you got more than a sniff of the steak tonight, bin day tomorrow so take care xxxxxx
