Sunshine and Blue Sky!

Hi Woofers!

Daisy, Holly, Miss May, Miss Wendy, Freddy and Eric de Ferret here again!

We stayed up late last night, watching a couple of DVD's 'cos The Missus went out to the village hall to host a 'Mid Week Glue Slap'!

Seems that some of these ladies can't always get along to the weekend workshops so a mid week do is just right for them, and it means we can have a break from watching the recordings of the Shopping Channel where TM's cards are being shown. I mean, just how many times does she have to watch it?

By the time we got up it was light and everyone was out walking on the beach or the grass. We had to keep a careful watch for woofers who fancy a 'Ferret Breakfast'!

There was one time when a Jack Russel by the name of Kira, came tearing along and little Miss May suddenly flew through the air into Old Two Legs arms!

When we got back, May and Eric went for their rampage around the house while OTL cleaned up the cages and Little May was so worn out that she wrapped herself up in our Doggy Towel and fell asleep!

One snoozy Ferret!
Today OTL got his new Winter Coat delivered, it's one of those that you can zip a fleece inside when it gets really cold and there is a hood that wraps right around his face so that you can only see his nose and eyes!

Of course, he had to wear it at the lunch time walk just so he can test it and the ferrets can have a look at the pockets and see if they can get inside and have a snooze if it gets too cold and wet outside!

Holly and I had a look but there was not enough room for us, and the ferrets, and OTL!

We have not got any more news about little Tommy but we have got our claws crossed.

Holly's eyes are looking better, not so red and sore, so the Conjunctivitis is  slowly disappearing and by the weekend it should all be clear.

Just in time for a wash and hair cut!

OTL says that providing we don't tell The Missus, he will give Holly a wash in the big tub in the garden then dry her off and give her a trim in the kitchen where it is warm and dry!

Now that should be fun 'cos me and the ferrets could sit by the door and watch!

See you tomorrow!

Luv,

Daisy, Holly, Miss May, Miss Wendy, Freddy and Eric de Ferret.

  1. Evening little maties. Well you did well to get the blue skies cos we had fog this morning. I went out for my walk but it was so cold and foggy and I needed a poo so I turned round and came home and settled to have my poo in private in the garden. My mum nipped out to the vets cos first thing this morning, there I was, minding my own business in the garden, cocking my leg and having a wee, when all of a sudden, up pops my mum with her gadget and MUGGED me of my wee. My mum was very impressed with her gadget, I was a bit miffed!!! I mean, fancy mugging a poor innocent little chap when he's in mid wee and scaring the pants off him. Glad to hear that Holly's eye is looking better and OTL has his new coat, now if there's not room for him and the ferrets and you and Holly, wot about slinging some of the others out. Hope Mrs TM enjoyed her glue slinging last night. I know wot you mean about the shopping channels, my mum is always listening out for her mates names. She loves it when she hears Mrs TM and Marianne's names read out, she tells my boy that they're her friends. She gets quite cross when she sees their work on the telly and their names aren't read out cos she knows they put lots of work into their projects. Miss May does look very snuggly in your towel. Me and my mum snuggled up on the sofa and had a siesta today. We're off to bed early tonight cos my mum is working tomorrow but my boy is home so maybe he'll let me snuggle in with him and he'll do the guard duty so I can have a day off. Have a lovely evening all and hope the muggings are good. I saw a picture of little Tommy on faceache last night, he was all snuggled up to his dad so I hope he's feeling better. Love, licks, wags and sniffs from little Arch and Mr Nipper xxxxxxxxxx

  2. That coat doesn't sound quite right, the pockets need to be bigger so that you and Holly have a refuge on cold, cold winter days, OTL must return it and get one with big pockets otherwise it is not fair! Poor Archie can't eat anything that is just lying around and now he gets mugged mid wee, how fair is that?. It has not been a day of fairness, oh dear, so unfair! TM is getting very popular now with midweek glue slapping she is going to not know what day it is, maybe you will get roast beef on a Thursday, cheese sandwich on a Sunday at least your computer tells you the date so you know what is going on. If the weather stays nice we may go to Sandwich tomorrow so do you want ham or cheese? xxxxxx
