Hi Woofers!
Us again, Daisy, Holly, Miss May, Miss Wendy, Eric de Ferret and Monty!
It was a little drafty this morning, you can tell how cold it is by whether or not Old Two Legs puts up the hood on his fleece!
This morning it was a 'Hood Up' day!
Mind you, that didn't stop little Eric from charging about sniffing the sniffs and 'Ferreting' around in the grass!
Miss May was not so keen to get down and instead stayed cuddled up in OTL's arms until we were half way back to the car, then she did her wriggle and jumped down and was soon racing Eric back to the car!
Back home they were let loose while OTL cleaned the cage and May headed off to the kitchen to stock up on 'Brambles Biscuits' while Eric stayed up in the office with OTL.
Now Eric is fascinated with young Monty and spends time looking through the cage bars while Monty tries to catch up on his sleep. Well, that's the idea until Miss Wendy starts to move about!
This morning Monty was asleep on the hammock while Wendy was up stairs in one of the cuddle cups. She woke up and headed down stairs for a morning wee, then she spotted Monty, asleep and gently snoring.
That was it, she launched herself off the ladder and landed on top of Monty, screaming and barring her teeth!
Monty was awake in a flash and fell off the hammock with Wendy in hot pursuit!
That was when OTL took a hand and separated them!
Eric saw all this and commenced to dash around the office shouting 'Fight, Fight, Fight, Fight, Fight, Fight, Fight, Fight!'
Then he climbed up the side of the cage and all the time shouting 'Fight, Fight, Fight, Fight, Fight, Fight, Fight'
This went on for about twenty minutes, long enough for OTL to clean the cage and chase after Miss May who was down stairs feeding her face!
Eric was climbing up the side of Wendy's cage and when he was on top he tried dragging the blanket off the top while all the time shouting 'Fight, Fight, Fight, Fight, Fight, Fight, Fight'
In the end even Holly and I got fed up with him!
This afternoon OTL has been down the rubbish tip getting rid of stuff that has been accumulating in the shed, like plastic boxes The Missus uses to store paper for her crafting, except, she hasn't used the boxes for over a year but she says they will 'Come in Useful One Day'
Yeah, right!
So, now stuff has been loaded into the caravan and there is space in the shed so it won't be long before TM fills up all the empty spaces with more Useful Stuff that may come in handy!
You know, in this house there are things that never change!
See you tomorrow!
Luv,
Daisy, Holly, Miss May, Miss Wendy, Eric de Ferret and Monty!
Yo maties. We've had a nice sunny day here and it's been quite warm. I had my walk up the shop to see Brenda and get a treat which was very nice, I got quite a few strokes from odd people when we were out. Some silly OTL called me a girl ........... tsk, he needs to go to spec savers!!!! Brenda was very pleased to see me and gave me lots of cuddles and some kisses. Sounds like Miss Wendy got out of her hammock the wrong side this morning, fancy jumping on a chap and screaming at him while he's still snoozing, not good Wendy, not good! Still it seems to have amused Eric. Now you would think he would have shouted at Wendy and given poor Monty some moral support. Hope Miss Wendy decides to give little Monty a nicer alarm call tomorrow. I know just wot you mean about wimmin storing stuff that will come in useful ..... my mum is just the same. Right I can sniff that the steak is ready to go on the plate so I better go and sniff the sniffs in the kitchen. Have a lovely evening all, hope the muggings are good and that there's peace in the Wendy/Monty cage. Love, licks, wags and sniffs from little Arch and the Nippers xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
