The Grass has Grown!

Hi Woofers!

Here we are, all back safe and sound!

Daisy, Holly, Miss May, Miss Wendy, Eric de Ferret and Monty Babe!

Yes, late yesterday we arrived out the front of the house and it was still there, in one bit except for the smashed urn in the back garden where we also found a cats collar!

We reckon some pussy cat got beaten up good and proper while we were away!

The garden and pond look lovely and there were flowery stuff growing out of the cracks in the path. A patch of poppies have sprung up at the bottom of the garden where Old Two Legs laid down a bed of stones to keep the weeds away!

There were loads of letters and emails that have needed to be sorted and that's what OTL has been doing today, plus, Miss May had to go to the vet 'cos she has an ulcer in her right eye that is rather sore. She had to be left with the vet so they could have a close look and it took a whiff of gas to knock her out enough for a close inspection!

As normal, OTL came out with a bottle of jollop to put in her eyes twice a day and a bill to pay off the national debt!

We also got an email advising that Holly and I are due for our Vaccination and Healthcheck towards the end of July!

More money!

Down on the sea front I rushed into the sea for a dip at lunchtime but it wasn't the same as Scotland and the water tasted a bit muddy!

All today OTL has been 'Engineering' to get some of the orders out that arrived while we were away.

Holly and I have been enjoying some snoozys while all this has been going on and The Missus has Glynis and Uncle Alun arrive in time for the Kent County Show!

We always enjoy going to the show, the sniffs are fantastic and some of those poos are the size of mountains!

Off to see if dinner is ready, see you tomorrow!

Luv,

Daisy, Holly, Miss May, Miss Wendy, Eric de Ferret and Monty Babe!

  1. Yo maties. So glad you're all back home safe and sound. Wow, the goings on when you're away, cat fights in the garden and smashing up the place, these kittys are very uncivilised, not like us woofers. Sorry to hear about Miss May's ulcer, we have our paws and fingers crossed that it gets better very soon and doesn't cause anymore leaks in OTL's wallet. Glad you managed a dip even if it did taste a bit muddy. How is Monty doing? Has Miss Wendy stopped battering him yet? My mum had to go to the hospital today to give a gallon of her blood to be matched and saved for next week, although she still doesn't know wot time she has to be there, at the vets, they tell you wot time you have to be there and wot time you can't eat and drink after. Well I went out for my early morning wee this morning and there was loads of foxes crossing the garden that backs on to ours, now my mum counted them, she said there was 7, I made it 342 myself. I had some very sad news in the week, my little friend Boo who was one of my mums favourite customers, went over the rainbow bridge, it's very sad cos he was such a nice little woofer, he was almost as good looking as me. I hope you all have fun with your visitors. Now tell OTL and Mrs TM they need to have a rest after the holiday. Hope you've got some decent scoff for your dinners. Have a lovely evening all. Love, licks, wags and sniffs from little Arch and the Nippers xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

  2. Glad to hear you are all back safe and nearly sound (one sore eye, not a bad ending hopefully). So it is back to it, long grass, poppies, manufacturing and the Kent County Show, can’t be bad. Sorry your beach has muddy water, you have been spoilt in Scotland but you will get used to it. Have a lovely snoozy Saturday keep away from the anything that bites xxxxxx
