We love Sundays, take today, we got up a whole hours later than normal!
The sun was up and in the sky with just a little 'after glow' on the horizon.

Lunchtime it was still windy but not so cold. Wendy and Monty came out and Wendy even got a cuddle from a little Two Legs who knew they were ferrets!
The wind had swung around so it was coming in off the sea, so that chills the air but when we got out of the wind it was rather nice.
The tide was on the turn and was heading back out again.

Well, he has and this afternoon we sat on his desk, next to him, and told him which bit to cut off!
We started off by getting him to shave a strip from front to back so he looks like a Mohican in reverse!
Next we got him to chop off the sides down to the bottom of his ears!

So, in the end we managed to get it back to looking at least half way sensible!

We are off to see what OTL has dished up today, I think it may be Doggy Scoff but we are hungry enough to eat it!

Yo maties. Well we've had a sunny day too but it was still quite chilly. I don't like the cold wind blowing up my tail when I'm out walking, it's not very nice. OTL looks well groomed now that you and Holly chops have supervised his trim, now I hope you made sure he was soaped and scrubbed well before the trimming. Do you keep him in a cage these days, from the pictures I can see the bars of his cage. I can't believe he hasn't cooked you both some nice chicken. Will OTL be taking you and Holly chops to pick up Mrs TM when she returns from her travels? I don't think I'd be happy if my mum went off for the weekend, I think I would probably cry for her cos I loves my mum and I really don't like it when she's not here with me, even when she goes to work, I cry for her sometimes. My boy has got a day off tomorrow so he'll probably come and give me snuggles when my mum goes to work but I still might cry, cos then he makes sure he gives me even more fuss and snuggles. Hope you all have a lovely evening, stay cosy and hope you get some nice snackettes, maybe Mrs TM might have brought you some home with her. ReplyDeleteSo that is OTL all trimmed for the Harrietsham Ferret Show on Saturday perhaps he will get a rosette for the best dressed ferret keeper, glad you were there to supervise. Pity you couldn’t supervise cooking a decent dinner but it is very hard work for you. Great excitement as TM returns, have a good sniff of her bag to see if you can guess what she has bought for you both. Archie is going to have a good day tomorrow with his boy all to himself, have fun little man.
