Wot a super day it's been. Old Two Legs woke up late this morning and we were a whole half of an hour late in going for our morning walk. It was still black out and not even the moon was visible!
Maybe the Chinese nicked it with their rocket and now it's No9 on the menu.

Lunchtime was great, the sun was out and sky was blue and Eric managed a little longer walk than normal!

OTL and The Missus were given a 2019 Calendar with pictures of the places Michael and Sue have visited during the year. There were pictures of Scotland and Yorkshire and Kent, right dead posh it was!
I suppose that TM and OTL will be fighting over who has it and I reckon TM will be the winner!

Wotcha maties. Well that's a brilliant day, lots of treats to sniff and eat. My mum has got one of those calendars of Mr Mike's photos, so now she has one lovely calendar upstairs and one lovely calendar downstairs ........ so no matter where we are we can see beautiful pictures and works of art. I went up the shops this afternoon, on the way I bumped into Caroline my groomer and her little dog Alfie, we had a good chat while our mums had a good chat. Then I got treats and cuddles from Brenda when in the door came Jenny the little westie wot lives up the road and Poppy who lives round the corner and another woofer wot none of us knew, so all in all it was a good trip out with lots of sniffing and tales of where the best sniffs are. A chap came in and gave me lots of scratches behind the ear and told my mum he had got a new puppy for Xmas called Barley, he had a little dog called Boo who used to go to the shop every day for a treat but Boo got very ill and he had to be put to sleep, my mum missed him because he was such a nice little chap. She's looking forward to meeting Barley and hopes he will be as nice as Boo was. Loved the pictures today, hasn't it been a chilly day though. Now my mum heard some news from Mrs TM and says you need to be on your guard for nifflers, so you'd better do some patrols tonight to make sure there isn't any around. I'm on guard duty in the morning while my mum goes to work then we'll have nice snuggles when she gets home. Enjoy all those lovely treats you got today and next time OTL orders in a take away keep your eyes opened for no 9 on the menu. Have a lovely evening all, stay warm and snuggly. ReplyDeleteEric is right sniffs don’t roll they only get on your coat when you roll in them. That Eric is getting clever like Holly, he will soon be getting an Ology like Holly to pin up on his cage wall, he is also not silly when it comes to going out in the cold.
ReplyDeleteIt was lovely seeing you all today, I knew you would like the snackets they sounded very Daisy and Holly when I read the wrappers. Pleased TM and OTL liked the calendar so difficult choosing just enough pictures we could have managed an every day one except the cost but even then there would only be 365 pictures!
