It's still got that chill in the air that Holly Chops thinks is snow! I'm not too sure but at least there is no snow today!
Being Sunday we were up a little later than normal and Old Two Legs thought there may even have been a sun rise display but the clouds soon stopped that and it was all rather grey and windy, not the best conditions for a sunny sunrise!
Lunchtime was better, blue sky and sun, even though it wasn't very high in the sky!
To make it worse, the tide was in so no dash along the beach for us, just a sniff of the sea wall!

Our churchyard already has the normal display of Daffy Dills along the path up to the door!

We had a little woof but stayed well away from him!
Being Sunday we spent most of the afternoon snoozing and watching a couple of DVDs and yes, falling asleep every so often!

Yo maties. I'm not sure spring is on it's way, it seems a tad too chilly to me. It's been freezing here today and one part of the garden still has frost on it from this morning. I think I might hibernate if it gets any colder. Liked your pictures today. I haven't met up with any woofer mates today but my mum saw loads of them when they came up the shop with their TL's to get the Sunday paper. Me and my mum have had quite a few snoozes today off and on, it's been a nice lazy day here. We're watching Harry Potter and waiting for pizza for dinner, well, my mum and my boy are waiting for pizza, I'm just waiting for the sniff of it. Hope you're all staying warm and cosy, I must go and listen out for someone coming up the path with scoff so I'll send my love, licks, wags and sniffs from little Arch and the Nippers xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
ReplyDeleteMichael said he must come and see the daffodils before the frost gets to them or before they realise that it isn’t Spring. Nice to see the buds, they were all waking up in Capstone Park but it was a tad cool. Has OTL managed to see the rest of the DVD yet or is he learning the dialogue of the first half hour? Michael is sort of wondering whether to get up early to see this lunar eclipse, he says our house is the wrong way round and it will be minus 5, he is talking to Trevor at the moment saying that it is a pity the moon thing is in the middle of the night, what is he like!! Keep snuggled, hope the pizza smelt nice Archie and you were compensated for your grief. xxxxxx
