Busy doing nothing!

Hello Woofers!

Daisy, Holly, Miss May, Miss Wendy, Eric de Ferret and Monty de Ferret here again!

Well, as we said, it's been a bit of a nothing day today.

We were out for our morning walk but a whole hour later than normal!

Yes, we over slept!

So, we missed the sunrise and by the time we got to the football field the sun was up and steaming across the sky, mind you, there was a little bit of mist left, so Old Two Legs had a play with that!

If you look one way, it's not very interesting!
However, if you turn the other way and walk ten steps you get.......

Now, that's a moody one!
So, keeping to the same side we walked a few more paces and there was this one.

Moody through the tress and brambles.
Just for a change we spotted a Robin looking for breakfast. We don't often see birds among the trees 'cos there's no leaves to hide them but as spring creeps on, along come the birds!

Hello Woofers, seen and grubs?
As we headed towards the sea shore the sun really got up and even OTL was blinded!

We must remember to bring our sun glasses tomorrow!
Once we got over the hill we had to keep our eyes shut, so, that means we had to use our noses and of course that means we could find all the sniffs!

You know, we could have missed this one!
Once back at home, OTL got busy with the ferrets and we headed for bed!

Lunchtime came along and today OTL brought Wendy and Monty along for a walk. Miss Wendy managed to blag a lift in the ferret bag but Monty was happy to chase after OTL along the path. OTL decided to leave the camera at home 'cos he is playing with the big camera as the small one has gone wobbly and is in need of some TLC from the manufacturer!

I expect he will get it sent off over the next week or so!

This afternoon OTL took both of the cars to the car wash and got a 'Mini Valet' which managed to get rid of our muddy paw prints and the marks made by Holly's nose on the windscreen where she has been woofing at the truckers!

I'm off now 'cos our chicken has just been dished out, so, bye bye for now!

Luv,

Daisy, Holly, Miss May, Miss Wendy, Eric de Ferret and Monty de Ferret.

  1. Yo maties. Sounds like a really good lazy day, I've had one as well. I went for my walk just after 9 when my mum got back from doing the shopping. I went up the shop to see Brenda and get my cuddles and treats. I got made a fuss of by the customers in the shops, they seem to like me and all want to give me cuddles and strokes. I met up with Gizmo outside, his mum doesn't take him in but Brenda sends him out a couple of treats so that he doesn't miss out. It's been very sunny but still a little bit chilly. Me and my mum had a nice siesta which was interrupted by a phone call wot was a wrong number, my mum wasn't very happy about being disturbed. Loved all the moody pictures today. I'm pleased to hear you got some chicken for your scoff. I'm having an early night because I have to be up early to woof at the bin men in the morning, unless of course they're very quiet and I don't hear them. Have a lovely evening and hope there is some nice snackettes for later. Love, licks, wags and sniffs from little Arch and the Nippers xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

  3. Oh you are all moody today and the little camera is even moodier refusing to work until it has a holiday with the manufacturer. OTL is clever taking both cars to the car wash, did he tie them together or simply take them one at a time, no, a man of his caliber would have devised a method of taking both at once, I will be disappointed to hear otherwise. Now I think Archie will have to get one of those head video recorders then he can send us pictures of his adventures, he has so many adventures and cuddles it would be nice to see him. Glad you had chicken I bet it went down a treat, we had chicken as well but in a pizza so you wouldn’t have liked that nor the passion fruit in Greek yoghurt! We must make the most of this warm weather it seems as the cold is joining us for the weekend, TM will need to pack her thermals. xxxxxx
