Misty Morning, Foggy Day

Hi Woofers!

Us again, Daisy, Holly, Miss May, Miss Wendy, Eric de Ferret and Monty de Ferret!

Wot a super day we have just had, OK, so this morning first thing it looked like it was going to be cold 'cos Old Two Legs had to scrape ice off the windscreen before we could go for our walk.

When we got to the football field there was some heavy mist swirling about and the sun had got up before we got there, but......................just look at this!

Now, is this moody or wot?
Old Two Legs spent a bit of time getting the sun to hide behind the tree trunk but it was worth it!

Not bad, not bad at all!
As we got around the corner we saw the sun being reflected on the wet mud! That gave us two suns!

Sun and Mini Sun!
We met up with the lads who were later than normal and after a good sniff we left them with the morning sun and headed back home.

Around the back of the rubbish bin there's a good sniff, fox we think!
One of the good things about the early morning walk is the possibility of frost or dew on the spiders web.

Looks like diamonds!
One this was did see later was the tide turning and coming back in, it looked a bit like a mini tsunami heading back to the shore!

A tsunami is on the way it!
Of course, it wasn't a real tsunami but it still looked interesting, if you are interested in stuff like that!

Holly says that this warm weather will last for most of the week so we intend to wake up a couple of ferrets for a run around tomorrow, not too sure who it will be but we reckon Eric and May stand a good chance!

See you tomorrow!

Luv,

Daisy, Holly, Miss May, Miss Wendy, Eric de Ferret and Monty de Ferret!

  1. Yo maties. It was very chilly here first thing when I went out for my first wee at 4 but it had warmed up by the time my mum came home from work. My boy had to go and have 10 gallons of blood taken for testing this morning but he seems to have recovered cos he gave me my scoff when my mum was at work this afternoon. Loved the pictures and glad you managed to bump into your mates on your walk. Me and my mum have the day off tomorrow so we're both looking forward to a lay in and a lazy day. Hope you got some decent scoff today. Has OTL told you wot he was up to yet? Have a lovely evening all. Love, licks, wags and sniffs from little Arch and the Nippers xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

  3. Lovely pictures the sun looks really good, you were there at just the right time and the tree trunk that's very arty. I can see you all in the half light trying to find some good sniffs so that later you could go back in the daylight to investigate. I do like also the dew on the spiders web, it is so delicate but shows how strong those webs are, well done OTL. Like Archie I wonder if you have discovered what OTL got up to that was more important than going walkies. Tuesday tomorrow so off to Craft for tea and biscuits, it is a hard life sometimes. xxxxxx
