Daisy, Holly, Miss May, Miss Wendy, Eric de Ferret and Monty de Ferret back again!
Wot a super day it's been.
We were out early this morning enjoying the early morning sun. Loads of sniffs, nothing new but just interesting.
The must have trodden in something real sniffy! |
Where is everyone today? |
A Wild Rose with flluffy bits on it! |
However, all was not well.
I fancied a scratch on the side of my neck and proceeded to give it some, trouble was, I got my Dew Claw caught in my collar and couldn't get it out.
So, there I was with one paw up in the air and not moving and the other three paws on the ground.
I was stuck!
Holly took one look and said that OTL should be informed, so, she woofed, and then she woofed some more but with a bit more of an insistence.
OTL thought that the woofing was not the normal woof we give if the postman or cat passed the door and came into the bedroom to see what the matter was, saw me with a paw in the air and unhooked me!
Then, after checking me for injuries, he gave Holly a 'Well Done' stroke and a cuddle and told her she was a good girl!
I got a cuddle as well!
Lunchtime both Monty and Wendy came out for a run but it was rather warm so they didn't run around but rather had a slow mooch along the path and through the forest.
We saw a couple of butterflies but OTL didn't have his camera so no pictures today, maybe tomorrow!
We are all getting excited about the weekend up at the village hall and both sets of ferrets plan to put in a show!
Let's hope Rosie will be there!
See you tomorrow!
Luv,
Daisy, Holly, Miss May, Miss Wendy, Eric de Ferret and Monty de Ferret!
Yo maties. It's been very warm here today. I went for an early walk this morning and I met little Alfie, he was just going out to look for some sniffs with his TL. Now little Alfie is very small but he barks at any woofers he sees and threatens to chew them up and spit them out, well any woofers but me. I think he likes me cos he knows my mum gives him treats when he goes up the shop, see now he gets to the shop about 5.30 before my mums boss arrives so my mum sneaks out to say hello and give him a treat and a quick stroke. I've got my scratching paw caught before now, it can be quite frightening so I'm glad Holly chops raised the alarm and got OTL to come quick and get you sorted. Nice picture of you and Holly and the pretty flower, I'm ignoring the thing wot sends the shivers down my spine. Glad Monty and Wendy got a walk today. I bet you'll all get lots of cuddles and treats on Saturday when you got down to visit for ferret funding day. I'm off to bed early tonight, my mum is going to work in the morning but my boy has said he'll look after me while she goes. Hope you all have a lovely evening and have some nice snackettes. Love, licks, wags and sniffs from little Arch and the Nippers xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
ReplyDeleteA lovely warm sniffing day but I hope your dew claw has recovered, Holly was very good giving a sisterly panic alert, I hope that scratching wasn’t anything of a problem. The weekend looks to be very good with all those happy ladies playing crafting and being in good moods helping the ferret rescue and giving you lots of cuddles and snacks, if we weren’t away I would have loved to pop in with a big cuddle for you and some carrot cake. Have fun xxxxxx
