.............and now an Osprey Cam!

Hello Woofers!

Daisy, Holly, Miss Wendy and Eric de Ferret here!

Sorry about last night, Old Two Legs has been 'Cleaning' the computer, which means that all the 'Hard Drives' have been looked at, and cleaned and deleted if they are old and  not wanted any more!

It was still 'De-Fragging' when we went to bed last night!

Now, before we get onto what has been happening, OTL has got all interested in a web cam of a nest of Osprey's up in Scotland and if you fancy a look, click onto this link Osprey Nest

We have been watching this on and off all day. We haven't seen any feeding yet and it looks like it won't be long before they will be fledging and off on their way to Africa for the winter!

Back to things closer to home!

Yesterday we took the ferrets out with us, both ferrets and a camera and two woofers!

Well, us woofers were well behaved and didn't try running off, to be honest, it was rather boring cos every time we looked behind, OTL was trying to get the ferrets to follow him along the sea wall or on the beach or through the long grass and of course, we had to sit and wait for them to catch up!

Yeah, we'll be along in a moment or two, good ferret sniff here!
So, there we were waiting and sitting down and waiting and it only got better when we landed on the beach, at least we got to have a roll in some beach sniffs!

Not exactly the brightest day but every so often the sun would come out!
In the end both ferrets got into a running race through the grass and up the path which 't mind cos we at least got a rest on the bench while they ran around sniffing the Weasel Sniffs!

Come on, I know which way to go!
Today we left the ferrets at home, snoozing their tails off! Instead we took The Missus, well she enjoys a wander around the sea wall every so often.

Of course, we couldn't stop her from making a fuss over a puppy who's name is Buddy.

We thought it a silly name cos it sounds like one of those cotton things OTL uses to wipe out our ears with!
Yeah, go on, make the most of it, she won't love you when your covered in mud!
We didn't take the big camera but we got this shot of a snoozing butterfly!

Wossat clicking sound I can hear?
This year there seems to be a lack of bumble bees, we have seen maybe a dozen in all.

This was spotted buzzing around and OTL says it is a Buff Tailed Bumblebee.

Few Bumblebees means more pollen for me!
Now normally we have a rest on Saturday but there were some orders OTL needed to make up, so he has been 'Engineering' all afternoon.

We, on the other paw have been snoozing.

Who's the daft one?

See you tomorrow.

Luv,

Daisy, Holly, Miss Wendy and Eric de Ferret.

  1. Yo maties. Well I was worried about you all last night and then this morning and then this afternoon. I'm glad you're all alright. Lovely pictures today, how nice to see Mrs TM in a picture, my mum was going ahhhh at that Buddy pup. I've got a mate called Buddy and you're right about reminding me of them things wot you stick in your ears, it is a bit of a silly name, not a proper woofer name like wot we've got. Glad the ferrets enjoyed their walk out with you, I spose cos of their little legs it must take them ages to get anywhere, I don't think I'd have the patience to take one for a walk, but then on the other paw, my mum is always moaning cos she says I have to sniff every blade of grass and every leaf wot I pass, she doesn't realise just how important it is to sniff these things. I've had a lazy day, my mum went to work and I was left in charge of guarding and then my boy came down and said I could go and snooze with him until my mum came home. Well my mum was much later than she should have been on account of her boss gave her a very important job, counting lots and lots of dosh,so much dosh that she reckons she could have bought a nice new car, a holiday home somewhere hot and loads and loads of crafting stuff, in fact she reckoned she could have bought her own company. Anyways, my boy told her I spent all the time singing again, well, it couldn't have been that bad or he wouldn't have invited me to snooze with him, would he! We didn't tell my mum we went and snoozed in her room cos my boy says I'm not allowed in his room on account of me being a bit light pawed ....... honestly, the insults never stop. We've been sitting in the garden watching the police helichopter going in circles round the lakes, we see from their web page that they sent loads and loads of policemen and woofers to look for a certain shifty looking person but they never found him. They should have sent for me, I got a really good little sniffer and I can sniff anything out. I've gone off bees since that bee assaulted me a few weeks back but I still see loads in the garden here, I just make sure they can't catch me. I've had a look at them birds, do you think they'll take the camera with them to Africa so we can see wot they get up to there? Hope you can all have a nice day off tomorrow with no work, me,my mum and my boy are all off work tomorrow. Take care all and have a good evening. Love, licks, wags and sniffs from little Arch and the Nippers. xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
