Loads a Paper!

Hi there Woofers!

Daisy, Holly, Miss Wendy and Eric de Ferret back again!

You know, I'm sure that the weather man was forecasting loads of rain blowing in from the west but other than a shower early this morning there has only been that horrid misty rain today and not much of that!

Both Holly and I have got grumbly tums, well the start anyway. We were eating so much grass this morning that Old Two Legs said we were changing into sheep!

Baaa!

OTL got a load of paperwork files from the accountant fella and has been sorting it out. It seems that he must keep all records and paperwork for seven years before he is allowed to rubbish it all.

So, this morning he has been digging out all the files older than 2005 and run them through the paper shredder. When he finished, around five thirty, he had filled seven plastic bags!

Now, if the dump will open he will be able to get rid of all the XL Files and a load of metal and electronic stuff that includes Li-Ion batteries!

There were not so many Two Legs on the beach today, maybe it's because they listened to the weather man as well and decided to stay at home!

Mind you, we did see a new sign!

Wot about a wee, can we leave a wee?
Although it was cloudy, it wasn't cold at all, in fact quiet mild but that didn't stop the clouds from looking dark and foreboding!

Well, it certainly looks like rain!
Even looking back towards Southend on Sea, it still looked like it would soon rain!

Fish an Chips an Kebabs but no rain!
We got to the bench and Holly decided she would have a rest under the bench, just in case it started to rain but it stayed dry all the while!

Well, it could rain!
I think that we could have a shampoo and a hair cut this weekend cos I've seen OTL oiling the electric shears and inspecting the brush and comb, not a good sign!

Still, we have got tomorrow!

Bye for now.

Luv,

Daisy, Holly, Miss Wendy and Eric de Ferret.

  1. Yo maties. Well I didn't get my lay in again today, my mum made me go out for a walk before the rain came. We got out and back and then it rained and it's rained all day, sometimes heavy and sometimes not so heavy but it really hasn't stopped. My mum did some glue flinging today but she's not really very happy with it, she should have let me help. I'm sure you're allowed to leave a wee down where that sign is, in fact, if I visit, it will be very handy for me to cock my leg up. Nice picture of Holly chops having a rest under the bench. Not sure that I like pictures of clouds though cos they bring the rain and I would like a dry day. Poor OTL having to store all that stuff. Shame he can't use all that shredded stuff in the ferrets cages, my mum used to put her shredded stuff in the rabbit and guinea pig cages. I'm planning an early night tonight ready for my early morning guarding tomorrow. Take care all and have a good evening. Love, licks, wags and sniffs from little Arch and the Nippers. xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

  2. That's a great new sign.
    Great cloud pictures too.
Drizzled here all day . . . But took trip to garden centre to buy plants and bird food . . . Cuz the birdies are scoffing loads of sunflower hearts. We have 2 blackbirds that practically tap on the window with their beaks to let us know they're there so we can throw them some sultanas. They have us well trained!!!!!

Night all. Have a good Friday.

    Hugs, Sarn xxx
