Daisy, Holly, Miss Wendy and Eric de Ferret back again!
What a day we have had. I mean, when you take a woofer for a walk it is supposed to be fun and full of sniffs and stuff. Well, there we were first thing this morning getting all done up in our rain gear, you know, the coat that doesn't fit properly and has elastic straps to keep the coat from riding up your backside, only our straps are a little streached and end up being wee'd on!
Not the best start to the day!
Lunchtime was a little better. There we were, kicking the back of Old Two Legs chair to tell him we wantted to go out and him saying that we can't go yet cos The Missus wants to use the car.
Stuff that says Holly, if we don't go out soon we will use the car and you will have to wash poo out of the carpet!
OTL sort of saw our reasoning and off we went!
He had the close up lens today and spotted the first Soldier Beetle this year, so he took a picture and it was only when he got home he spotted there were more that one insect in the picture, how many can you see?

A bit further on we came across the last few bits of a seagull that had been eaten and other than a few feathers, one leg and half a wing, there was nothing left, however, a couple of feet away there was a Flesh Fly sitting on a leaf washing it's face!

As we passed he called out that he had just finished a good meal and would be back later with his mates for a bit more!
As Holly says, 'Whatever turns you on!'
I'll race you back to the car!
Back home TM pinched the car, went off out, found the shops shut and came home with nothing!
I mean, wot a waste of time and petrol!
OTL fell asleep after lunch and we jumped up on the recliner chair with him and we all had a snoozy cuddle!
Like, is there a better way to spend an afternoon?

Yo maties. It's been a very boring day here as well wot with all the rain. I flatly refused to go out for a walk with my mum so she went over town in the car and left me at home. She was looking for stuff to buy my boy for his birthday later this month. She came home after a disappointing trip with just a bottle of after shave wot cost an arm and a leg. It was still raining so I decided I would stay in and not get wetted. I've had to cross my legs at times today cos every time my mum opens the door so I can go out, it's raining. Nice pictures today except the one of the fly, I don't like flies. Loved the picture of you and Holly chops though. I had a nice snooze this afternoon with my mum, she decided we both deserved a siesta as the weather wasn't very nice, it's quite muggy and that makes us a bit tired. We're planning a nice lay in tomorrow cos on Friday and Saturday, we'll be up at the crack. Paws crossed my mum doesn't forget our lay in. I'm going to snuggle up to my mum now until it's bedtime.
