Cloudy

Hi Woofers!

Daisy, Holly, Miss Wendy and Eric de Ferret here!

Not the best weather today but at least it didn't rain!

Now, Sarn, those flowers, I think, are wild Sweet Pea plants, we have several bushes along the path and once the blooms are out it looks super all the way along the path!

Here is another shot but this time OTL's eye ball is behind the camera!
The rain kept off but there were still loads of clouds blowing across the Thames.

You can just see Southend on Sea at the bottom of the picture.
We stopped at the bench for a rest and I jumped up onto the bench and started playing a game on OTL. He would pick up the camera to take a picture of me but just as he was about to press the shutter release I would turn my head away so all he got was a shot of my ear!

Of course, he kept on calling me and in the end managed to get a shot of me!

Sneaky OTL!
Of course, Holly decided that she would be just as sneaky as OTL and stay on the ground!

Is that a Zoom Lens?
There was a funny looking plant we passed on our way to the car park. OTL says that he has seen the plant before but can't remember it's name!

Not sure, but it looks good!
Just before we entered the forest the wild flowers ran out and there were Hover Flies and smaller bugs, then we saw a Grass Hopper bouncing around the grass and then it landed on a blade of grass.

Just long enough for OTL to catch this before it jumped into the air and disappeared!

Quick, take a picture before I'm off!
One good thing happened when we got home. Holly and I spotted a cat, that smelly black and white thing that likes to poo on the drive. As soon as we got out of the car we raced to where we last saw it but the sneaky thing had jumped over the fence and legged it away!

I think the weather man said that it will be getting warm and sunny over the weekend, roll on the week end!

See you tomorrow!

Luv,

Daisy, Holly, Miss Wendy and Eric de Ferret.

  1. Aha . . . wild sweet peas eh? Disguising themselves as orchids!

Terrific poster girl pictures of you and your sister today.

Good one of the glasshopper too!

Fingers crossed for some better weather in the following days. It was a bit iffy here, but I put washing on the line regardless! Dry so far!!!

    Hugs, Sarn xxx

  2. Yo maties. Well that's 2 more pin ups for my wall, thanks OTL for getting snaps of my favourite girls. We've had a few light showers here today but mostly it's been sunny. I sent my mum out to cut the grass and the hedge. I went for a walk but didn't see any of my mates, even though I went out a bit later. They are lazy you know. Smashing pictures today, that grasshopper looks like he's giving OTL the hairy eyeball. Pretty flowers. I'm off cos it's scoff time and my boy has just got home from work so I need to go and beat him up. Take care all and have a good evening. Love, licks, wags and sniffs from little Arch and the Nippers. xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
