Settling down now!

 Hi Woofers!

Daisy, Holly, Miss Wendy and Eric de Ferret here.

What a change from Scotland, there we were enjoying loads of sunshine, sandy beaches and super sniffs.

Back home it hasn't stopped raining and the sand is now mud!

The lunchtime walk was more of a run between showers!

First it was all misty over the sea!

We were walking along the path to the seaside and found an old brick with the manufacturers name stamped into it. Holly said it could be the name of the builder who got stuck in a hole!

Heading towards the sea wall it didn't get any better!

Take us back to Scotland!

Looking back towards Southend on sea we could see the clouds chasing us but no sign of a shower, so it was 'Keep Going'!

Mind you, Sheerness didn't look any better!

Lucky for us the rain over Sheerness was drifting away from us so no chance of a soaking from that direction!

Eric came out for a run together with Wendy. The pair of them seem to have got over their journey back from Scotland and were enjoying rampaging around the house again!

With all this rain The Missus has been grumbling about the amount of washing she can't get dry!

Another good reason not to wear all that silly cloth. All us Woofers need to do is have a good shake to get us dry!

See you tomorrow.

Luv,

Daisy, Holly, Miss Wendy and Eric de Ferret.

  1. Yo maties. Glad to hear things are getting back to normal for you all. We had a bit of drizzle this morning, I felt it when I went on my walk so I turned round and headed home, my mum wasn't very happy, she said it wasn't enough to make us wet but as you know, I don't do WET and there was no way I was taking a chance in case the rain did decide to come down. My mum gave me my lunchtime scoff and then went up the shops to get some scoff for when my boy comes home, WELL, how long does it take to get some hot dogs??????? She was gone hours, seems some old duck got clunked by one of the automatic doors and then decided to make a story longer than war and peace out of it, my mum took her down the local urgent care place on account the old duck was on blood thinning stuff. Well the urgent care people were all uppity cos they wanted the old duck to go to the hospital at Stevenage and the old duck flatly refused. My mum wasn't overly impressed by some of the people that they came into contact with so as you can tell, this all turned into a saga. My mum got the old ducks shopping and took her home and got someone to drive the old ducks car to her house and then got back home to me after over 4 hours ............... Do you know, I was just about to start crossing my legs. My mum says next time she sees some old duck requiring treatment, she's going to call an ambulance, mind, last time she done that she waited over an hour with some other poor old duck laying on the floor in the rain ........ hmmmmm ....... I reckon and my mum will probably agree, call a vet. So, me and my mum are trying to catch up on the things wot we was going to do, like cuddle me,feed me and then cuddle me some more. Take care, stay safe and have a good evening all. By the way, smashing pictures. Love, licks, wags and sniffs from little Arch and the others. xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
