Back to work again!

Hello Woofers!

Daisy, Miss Wendy and Eric de Ferret here!

Sunny Monday and we are all back at work this end of the world.

I've been watching out for foxes and cats but I had to rely on The Missus to tell me a fox was in the bushes. Unfortunately, I missed the fox again 'cos my legs are too short!

One day I’ll catch it!

Old Two Legs had some orders in and has been busy manufacturing plus ordering stuff up on the computer.

Around eleven I got an urge to go out down the sea side for my walk.

The sun was super and we could see all the way over to Southend on Sea and I’m almost sure we could see the Kebab Shop!

Look! There it is just to the right of the trees!

The tide wasn't in yet and there were the normal birds out on the mud flats feeding before the tide rushes in!

It's OK but the sand gets in your teeth!

It's alright for you but I've got more teeth than you!

I was going to go down on the beach but there were two woofers already down there so I had to make do with grumbling at them from on top of the sea wall!

Go on, clear off this is my beach!

The Fungi had opened up and tomorrow the two smaller ones should be wide open as well!

The bigger one must be all of eight inches diameter!

I reckon we will have a good crop of Fungi this year, I feel it in my water and on top of that I can sniff them under the greass!

Yep! They are all there just waiting for a little damper and then they'll be up!

Late this afternoon we had to take all the stuff down the carriers and decided that we would drop into Grain again for a walk and a wee before going home!

Well, when the opportunity is there, you have just got to take it!

See you tomorrow!

Luv,

Daisy, Miss Wendy and Eric de Ferret.

  1. Yo maties. Well we've been hard at work as well today. Mind for all that work, things did go wrong. Firstly my mum decided it would be Monday washing day, in went the clothes, then she decided to strip our bed, well off came the duvet and cover, then she picked up the pillows, and there it was, in the middle of where the pillows had been was a huge great big black hairy spider, well it was at that precise moment I thought I heard an intruder breaking in through the front door, so off I went faster than the speed of light, my mum dealt with the spider, I couldn't find the intruder so I decided to go back up and sit at the top of the stairs, ready to charge down incase I heard an intruder again. So into the washing machine went the bed clothes and then hung out to dry, in went the bedspreads and then my mum was just hanging them out when the washing line broke ...... oh fluff said my mum as all the clean stuff landed in the mud, where she had just cut the grass. In came everything, got brushed down and most went in the drier. This afternoon my mum decided to go see if there were queues at the petrol shops, no queues so in she goes, out she comes again, no E5 petrol only E10 ...... hmmmm says my mum, better get on the internetty and order some stuff to put in the tank to stop the new type petrol gumming up her bits and bobs in the engine before she puts the new rubbish E10 government recommended junk petrol. Home comes my boy from work, he said there was some chap on his bike riding on the pavement again today so my boy asked him if he was senile cos he was at least 12 feet from the road. His ankle is still a bit sore but he's taken a leaf out of my book and being brave and soldering on. Me and my mum went for an early walk this morning and my mum had her big walking stick just in case she saw any cyclists riding on the pavement near us, she was going to knock them off. We didn't see any but I did see one of my little mates and we had a good sniff. Smashing pictures of you today Daisy. I bet Holly chops would have been able to have sniffed the kebabs from Southend today. Good on you for telling them woofers to woof off your beach. My mum mowed down all the toadstools in our garden when she cut the grass this morning. We've all got the day off tomorrow and Wednesday so we're all planning nice lay ins. Take care and stay safe all. Love, licks and sniffs from little Arch, my mum and my boy. xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
