Hello Woofers!
Daisy, Miss Wendy and Eric de Ferret here.
It's been all go today, up early for a walk around the Old Golf Course, then back home to show off a bit 'cos Eric and Wendy were spending too much time rampaging around the house!
Then, a bit later The Missus wanted to record another video, so we all had to be very quiet and not woof at anything going past the front windows!
Around ten thirty the ferrets fell asleep so Old Two Legs picked them up and put them back in the cage for a mid-morning snooze.
Next it was off to the vets to get m Distemper Log Book stamped and signed so we know when I got stabbed and the next time I'm due for a stab!
With me still in the car we went off to the Two Legs Vet so that OTL can get his Booster Covid Jab.
I stayed in the car, I mean, these TL Vets are a bit 'Hit & Miss‘where they stick the needle and I don’t want any blunt needles stuck in me!
After about half an hour OTL came out and was limping!
I mean, they were supposed to stab him in the arm and not, by the way he was walking, in the butt!
After he got in the car, he said that the chair he had been sitting on was all wobbly and gave him cramp in the butt!
I'm sure he was trying to pull the 'Old Soldier'!
The rest of the day has been spent with OTL trying to find a Vet who has experience with ferrets to see to Eric's tumour and his hair loss. It's OK if you are a horse or a woofer, no problem, but a ferret?
The last one we found was about an hour away and had closed by midday but it had a picture of a ferret on the front page and mentioned ferrets inside the web site as well, so, Monday morning OTL will be on the phone to discuss Eric's problem!
Six thirty today we should get the F1 racing from Texas, loads of fun!
See you tomorrow.
Luv,
Daisy, Miss Wendy and Eric de Ferret.
Yo maties. Well Daisy, that wasn't very fair of OTL leaving you in the car so you couldn't watch him getting stabbed and seeing if he cried or not. Not sure I'd believe about a wobbly chair either, I reckon he got stabbed in the butt. Hasn't it been chilly today, not quite as chilly as yesterday but at least yesterday we did get a bit of sun. Tomorrow is the last day I have to get up in the pitch black until next Friday thank goodness. I just don't like cold and dark, I much prefer bed and snuggles in the duvet with my mum. Glad Wendy and Eric enjoyed their rampage and me and my mum watched Mrs TM flinging the glue, we did enjoy it. I'll keep my paws crossed that OTL gets thru to the ferret vet on Monday and he can see Eric nice and quick. I'm off to put my paws up cos it's been a long day. Take care and stay safe all. Love, licks and sniffs from little Arch and the others. xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
