The Mummified Froggy in Our Garden!

Hi Woofers!

Daisy here!

Well now, I love Fridays, the week is coming to an end and the weekend is a couple of snoozes away!

Once again, The Missus rolled out of bed early enough to come for a walk this morning. On our way down to the sea front Old Two Legs was looking at the sky and getting ready for an interesting photograph involving the sky colours and cloud formations with the sun poking through and showering the sea with sun beams.

Unfortunately, by the time we got to a position where he could take the shot, everything had changed!

It just lacks anything to get excited about!

That tent was still parked up in the bushes but when we came down at lunchtime it had gone! I had a good sniff around but couldn't locate it anywhere!

No sign of the tent mind you they could have been fishermen waiting for the midnight tide!

One thing we did see was the gas tanker heading out to sea after off-loading a load of liquid gas from the middle east, mind you, it could also be from the USA!

We are seeing more of these tankers off loading at the Liquid Gas Terminal Isle of Grain.

Back home we had TM jumping up and down and dragged OTL and the camera out to the garden to see a mummified frog that wasn't there yesterday!

It looked right weird, as if it had been baked by the sun and then shrunk to show its ribs!

Needless to say, but OTL scooped it up and it went into the compost bin to rot down and provide some rich compost for the flower bed!

It still looks dead weird!

Saturday tomorrow, F1 Racing and some gardening!

Bye for now.

Luv,

Daisy.

  1. Yo Daisy. Smashing pictures although that frog looks like it's been sun bathing a bit too long. Shame the person in the tent didn't leave any scraps of their brekkie behind for you to snack on. I went for an early walk on account of my mum wanting to get back to do gassing on zoom with Mrs TM. I did see Boris the bounce this morning when I was out. Do you know, them 2 disturb an peaceful snooze with their gassing and giggling. My mum said she's looking forwards to zooming on Sunday, I spose that'll be another day of disturbed peaceful snooze for me. Good job I'm having an early night tonight, mind, I'll be up at silly o clock for guard duty. I better go and catch a few zz's now to make sure I get enough. Take care, stay safe all. Love, licks and sniffs from little Arch and the others. xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
