Hi Woofers!
Daisy here again.
Well now, it's been a funny sort of day. First thing it was all bright and sunshine but as soon as we were half way to the beach, it started to rain!
Now, that is not want we wanted, I mean, I was all for getting ready for a rampage along the sea wall but instead I was doing the Quick Poo and a Wee' then heading back to the car before I got soaked!
Od Two Legs tried to get me to have a walk but as I don't wet walks, he had no chance!
Now, that means that the time spent walking was cut down and left OTL with some time spare before he had to go to work.
So, what did he do?
He got out the clippers and hair cutting scissors and proceeded to trim my hair where it was sort of flicking up!
I tried all my tricks like sitting down when he wanted to trim my butt and collapse onto the table top when he wanted to shave my tummy!
Of course, all my efforts just made the time spent getting a haircut even longer!
Lunchtime we were back down to the beach but I wasn't allowed to have a run on the beach as OTL had attached my lead to my collar so I couldn't go in for a swim!
Well, it looks like swimming weather to me!
I was not a happy puppy and showed off by wanting to go on a different path which was really a short cut back to the car again!
Once again, I was showing off but we did see some wild roses which OTL just had to take a picture of!
Most of the roses were looking a bit worn but this was about the best we could find.
I reckon that with a bit of luck, tomorrow I might get a swim as he has put away the shaver and scissors.
Just to show sympathy, OTL even shaved his beard and then his head, now he looks really bald in fact worse than me!
See you all tomorrow.
Luv,
Daisy
Yo Daisy. Sorry to hear you got caught in the rain and then by the clippers. Next time, try walking in circles while he's trying to clip you. It didn't rain here until lunchtime and we've had a bit of thunder. I went for a walk about 10ish and met Milly waiting for Brenda to come out the shop with her newspaper. We walked along together and discussed the sniffs and when we got near Brenda's house I got a spurt on and dragged my mum to Brenda's front door, just in case Brenda forgot where she lives. I went in and managed to snag a treat from Brenda, so win, win. Nice pictures today. Hope the weather is better tomorrow. Take care and stay safe all. Love, licks and sniffs from little Arch and the others. xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
