Hello Woofers!
Another wonderful sunny here in North Kent and Old Two Legs has been sneezing his tail off today!
This hay fever thingy is a right pain. There I am, sitting down in the garden just looking at the flowers and snapping at the bugs as they fly past. I hear a sort of snuffle then OTL seems to explode and everything jumps up in the air, the bugs, the plants around the pond, the pond and finally me!
Life can be dangerous in this household!
The sunny day is a bit of a pain regarding photos cos unless you get out early in the morning or late in the evening, everything looks washed out.
OTL tells me it's called the 'Golden Hour'! Even playing with the white balance doesn't help.
It just doesn't work goes does it?
Your then left to photograph the flowers but even they look washed out or as in this shot, the flower hasn't got up yet!
Jack goes
to bed at Noon hasn't woken up yet to go back to bed!
This other flower was awake but because of the sun, it still looks washed out!
Normally this is a darker pink looking plant.
The only thing we saw that had some colour and excitement was these water scooter things that came tearing past. I was going to join them in a paddle but decided they were just too noisy!
What great fun, tearing along making a great noise and throwing spray all over the place!
When we got home there was a little notification on the dashboard saying one of the tyres was losing pressure, so, off OTL went to the Tyre Man and got the puncture repaired.
OTL says that three punctures in a week and a new tyre is making him paranoid!
See you tomorrow, another day closer to the holiday!
Luv,
Daisy.
Yo Daisy. Smashing photos again today. I hope you didn't land hard when OTL exploded and made everything jump up in the air. That's bad luck about the tyres. I went for an early walk this morning and met Boris the bounce twice and Skye coming home from a dip in the lakes. Another quiet day here with a siesta or two on account of it being very, very warm. We've got some jobs to do but we're waiting until later when it's a bit cooler. Take care and stay safe all. Love, licks and sniffs from little Arch and the others. xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
