I think I’ve had enough of this hot weather; it's been getting hotter as the days pass by. I think today has been the warmest this year!
I was out with Old Two Legs this morning, somewhere around seven and it was too hot even then!
A bit later around nine thirty I got OTL up and out again, thinking it may have cooled down but it was still hot!
Lunchtime came and OTL took me out to the football field and around the old golf course and would you believe it, it was still too hot for me!
Back home OTL set about cooking his pizza which came in a package with a cardboard base to the packaging.
It was cooking away and with the glass fronted window in the cooker he could see the pizza curling up, he had forgotten to remove the cardboard base!
It was lucky that he managed to get the cardboard out or he would have had a black base to his pizza!
The missus has been up the village hall slinging the glue and glitter about while OTL and I have been 'resting' in the lounge!

Yo Daisy. Well tell me about the heat outside, it's too hot for me and old puggle don't seem to pleased about it either. My mum brought home rolls of brown paper today and set about making brown paper blinds for the big back windows. Just just been out and put cooking foil over the conservatory doors now, I wonder if we're having roast doors, spuds and peas tomorrow. It's like a blackout in here but it does make the house cooler. Me and puggle have spent most of the day lounging between the air cooler and fans. My mum and my boy are both working tomorrow but my mum will be home just before my boy goes out so me and puggle will only be on our own while she runs him to work in the jam jar. I expect when she gets home we'll all have a nice siesta. Good job OTL spotted his cardboard under his pizza, it might have sent out smoke signals otherwise. Hope Mrs TM had a good day flinging the glue. Well time for me to have another siesta so take care, stay cool and safe all.
