Hello Woofers!
Daisy here.
Good news, I've stopped running to the poo bin every ten minutes! Mind you, I'm still feeling a little groggy but as Old Two Legs says, it could also be the hot weather.
I've been out for a walk and to be honest after a couple of wee's I would rather have gone home but I carried on, just to pleas OTL!
The one thing about all this hot weather is the grass is dry and we reckon that it would be easy to catch fire if the visitors decided to have a BBQ!
It could be a fire hazard and I don't have enough wee to put it all out! Even with the help of OTL! The hot weather certainly has had an effect on the butterflies, there just doesn't seem to be many about and OTL has to hunt through the grass for them.
The best is when the butterfly has landed in a nettle bush, it may be good for the butterfly but OTL says it hurts and stings for hours after if he falls in!
Lucky for him he didn't fall into this bush!
Now, there is a bench that has a metal plaque nailed to it saying it has been presented by the family of a deceased Two Legs who loved to sit and watch the world go by. Well, there is always a bunch of plastic flowers by the side, just to brighten up the place.
Today we were walking past and spotted this strange looking bird sitting on the bench. It took a moment or two before we realised that it was a plastic parrot!
Who's a Pretty Polly?
I'm off to find a shady bit of garden to relax in, see you tomorrow.
Luv,
Daisy.
Yo Daisy, glad to hear you're not still going, sorry to hear you still feel a tad under the weather though. It has been very hot here. Last night my mum decided it would be cooler for her, me and old puggle to sleep downstairs, well, we were both kept awake by old puggle with his constant licking, snoring, grunting and farting. I was guarding my mum so he couldn't get too close and every time I got comfie and nodded off, he'd try and sneak over and get between me and my mum ........ my mum had to keep telling him to get back into bed, so we really didn't get much sleep at all. He was a norty boy when my mum went to work, she left the hall window upstair wide open and propped the kitchen door open so we could get fresh air blowing though, well puggle went and moved the big box propping open the door so he could sneak upstairs, but the gate was shut so that put the kibosh on his plan. I told my mum when she got home who moved the big box. Smashing pictures today, specially the one of you. Glad OTL didn't fall in the stingy thingys. I'll keep my paws crossed you feel much better very soon. Take care and stay safe and have a good evening all. Love, licks and sniffs from little(goodboy) Arch, puggle and the others. xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
