Snoozy Sunday.

Hi Woofers!

Daisy here.

Well, another sunny day here in North Kent and I've been a real lazy woofer. I was up late this morning and so was Old Two Legs. That means we missed saying hello to all the normal gang.

All this dry grass means we can see the Two Trees, Bench and Poo bin as we come along the path.

Once we were over the hill and on our way to the sea shore, we spotted one of those fishermen teaching some worms to swim!

I went for a sniff around the bin while OTL had a chat with the fisherman asking if he had caught anything.

Just as he was asking the rod started to bounce, indicating a fish was nibbling at his bait.

He wound on the reel and in came a monster, well, OTL says it was an eel and not a very big one.

The fisherman went to get a pair of scissor type things that you grab hold of the hook and get it out of its mouth.

After getting it off the hook, the fisherman put the eel back into the water and off the eel swam!

Even though it was a Sunday, there were still ships coming and going into and out of the docks.

Because of the lack of rain, the ground was still dry as a bone and I suppose we ought to be thankful that we haven’t had any fires.

Looks terribly dry and dangerous!

Back home OTL and I got banned to the office with instructions not to make any noise of any kind, or else!

We get instructions like this when The Missus is doing her filming.

Now if it all goes to plan, we normally get released from the office in an hour or so.

Not this time!

We must have been locked away for a good four hours!

There was all manner of accidents with bottles of ink, paint and other stuff that makes a mess on the carpet!

We made up for it by having a super snooze that seem to have lasted for most of the afternoon!

I think it will be difficult getting to sleep tonight!

See you tomorrow.

Luv,

Daisy.

  1. Yo Daisy. Well once my mum got home from work and did a few jobs, me and her had a really nice siesta. It's been a hottie again today, so hot my mum had to top the level of our little pond up cos she reckons the froggies were standing on the bottom with their heads out of the water. There was quite a few, looked like they were having a family gathering. Shame Mrs TM banned you and OTL to the office but I don't blame you for having a nice snooze. I hope that little eel managed to swim away alright after it had a hole in it. I think I'll sleep well tonight if my mum puts the fan on for me, I do like the cool breeze. I think we're planning a nice lay in tomorrow. I think I'm going to treat myself to another siesta while I wait for my scoff. Take care, stay safe and cool all. Love, licks and sniffs from little Arch and the others. xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
