It's another Monday and everyone is back at work, except OTL who is trying to give up all this working for a living!
We started off this morning at the normal tine, like six thirty!
When we got to the football field, we found the first of the fairground rides. There is a fair every year and the Sky Fall ride is the most complicated to set up, so it is first on the fair ground.

OTL has been playing with the Macro Lens on the little camera. The big cameras are more flexible but the small camera is much lighter and easy to transport.
It's handy to photograph insects, butterflies and dragonflies, if they will stand still long enough to have their photo taken!
This little fly is a Hover Fly and is known as a Marmalade hoverfly!

We found a Brown Argus fluttering around and OTL says it spends all of its life traveling in an area no more than ten to twenty metres square!

Lunchtime we went around the football field looking for dragonflies but they were flying too high to photograph.
OTL spent some of the afternoon doing gardening.
Now, OTL is not the gardening type and he reckons the best garden is three inches of concretecovered with gravel!
So, the next best is a gallon of weed killer sprayed on anything green!

Yo Daisy. Well wot a day I've had here. First my mum made me get up at silly o clock to start work. Then my boy disturbed me when he got up and went off to work. He was only there for a couple of hours on account of he's got the week off cos it's his birthday week. Well the 2 of them set about upstairs, I was supervising but in the end I went downstairs cos they kept disturbing me. Then it was in and out carrying bags and boxes to the garage, then they were sorting through the bit containers for things wot they don't want anymore and out they went. I tell you Daisy, I've worked so hard today, at one point I thought I was never going to see my bed again, that's if I could even reach it by jumping over everything wot wouldn't fit on the bed. It's ok though cos my bedroom is pretty much sorted for tonight and I can get to and on the bed ... I was really worried for a while. The air conditioning unit has arrived and my mum and my boy are really pleased with it but they decided they'd set it up tomorrow cos they've got to fit something round the window so it can send hot air out and keep the hot air out. Now I'm looking forward to that. Wot a day, I'm glad we're all putting our paws up now though. Smashing pictures today. Are you and OTL going to have a ride on that thing?
