Bank shut again!

Hello Woofers!

Daisy here.

Well, today has been a Bank Holiday, that's where banks have the day off but still do business over the Internetty!

We were out late this morning, well, it is a holiday!

Looking out to sea the container ships are still working mind you, life is one long holiday for that lot!

I always fancied being a ships dog except when it comes to going out of deck for a wee in bad weather!

We didn't meet any of the Lads and still no sign of Devo, however we did see a small sailing boat with red sails and OTL started singing something about 'Red Sails in the sunrise!

I think the proper song is red sails in the sunset!

We stopped for a break when we got to the bench and OTL took a sneaky shot of our shadows!

OTL started to sing and I joined in for a laugh!

It was good fun singing Red Sails in the sunshine, even if I didn't know all the words!

Back home we were out in the garden again doing some de weeding of the path and we spotted a Froggy hopping about behind the ivy. OTL was going to pick it up but TM started jumping up and down and getting all worried because she thought he might get injured when OTL picked it up!

OTL saw a Cooking Fat sneaking along the fence giving the birds the old hairy eyeball so I was out there in a flash and scared it so much that it was up and over the fence in one leap!

We will be doing some more weeding tomorrow and with a bit of luck the pond water spout may be here!

Bye for now.

Luv,

Daisy.

  1. Yo Daisy. Do you know, the banks were shut here as well, not that we wanted one but they are a tad lazy to be shutting on a week day. Now my mum has got that choon on her CD player in the car, I'll get her to send you the words. I don't fancy being a ships woofer, too much water around if you ask me. Well done for seeing off that cooking fat, they don't just go after birds they go after froggies as well. I've been keeping a close eye on my garden today to make sure none sneak back in and go after my little mates. Brenda and Millie came for a visit this morning and they brought me some treats. Tomorrow I've got an appointment at the vets in the morning for a good check over on account of my mum wants me to have a good check over and I'm due my next injection and also my vaccination is due too, so it will be a busy old time for the vet and lots of cuddles for me. Take care, stay safe all and keep an eye out for them cooking fats. Love, licks and sniffs from little Arch and the others. xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
