Hidden snails!

Hi Woofers,

Daisy here.

Well, another warm night last night. I just couldn't get to sleep until OTL went to bed. Mind you he tried a new idea; he stayed up until eleven thirty watching TV and scanning through the FaceAche pages.

Then he went to bed and fell asleep straight away, mind you, he was an hour late in getting up!

The sun was up and the misty fog was being blown away but we did manage a couple of photos.

We did this one a few days ago but I think this is better 'cos it has the sunbeams mixed with fog!

Getting down onto the sea front. the sun was well up but the reflection looked a little strange, for a change!

Yep, that is a little becalmed sailing boat, not moving!

Walking a little further along the sea wall the fort came into view, we like this because there are no ripples on the water!

Water, water, every where,
And all the boards did shrink;
Water, water, every where,
Nor any drop to drink.

I like this, just for Archie Babe just 'cos it has more legs than him!

We are having troubles with the pond snails; they seem to have vanished from sight. No, tell a lie, there is one that we can see, but it is hanging onto the pond lining, seeming to be afraid of diving into the water!

It hasn't moved for two days and OTL is getting worried that his investment has failed!

The instructions say give it two or three days before poking it to see if it was still breathing!

Poking time tomorrow!

Bye for now.

Luv,

Daisy.

  1. Yo Daisy. Well wot can I say about the picture of the boris, you know they creep me out with their extra legs, uuuurrrrrggggghhhhhhh. I wonder if your snails have done a runner and stomped off to another garden. Still I spose the one you can find might eat all the algae if it's hungry. Maybe it can't swim and that's why it's hanging on to the pond liner. It's been very hot here as well. My mum hung a wet towel in front of our fan last night, she's got all sorts of ideas for cooling the house down, not sure if they work but the air conditioning in the little room is good though and I'm more than happy to sleep in there. My vet rang this evening, my wee was fine so it didn't rule in something wrong but it didn't rule out something wrong either. Don't worry, I don't have to supply more though, next Friday I'm going in for a few hours to have some blood tests, they take some, then they inject me with stuff and then an hour later they take some more blood, then I can have scoff. My mum is going to advertise her body tomorrow to earn a crust to help pay. I'm off for some scoff so take care and stay safe all. Love, licks and sniffs from little Arch and the others. xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
