Hi Woofers!

Daisy, Holly, Miss May, Miss April, Miss Wendy and Mr Freddy de Ferret back again!

Today it was a change again, today we went for our morning walk along the Sea Wall with Old Two Legs!

The missus had appointments this morning which caused OTL to get up a bit earlier than normal!

We didn't mind that at all 'cos we met up with 'The Lads' again after a two week break!

Yo! Max, Oscar and Bailey!

 Then we got onto the beach and met up with Poppy and Bryn. Everyone asked where the ferrets were and how they were doing.

We couldn't hang about 'cos TM wanted the car to go out, so it was back home as fast as possible!

Old Two Legs cleaned out the ferrets and then did our chicken breakfast, it was super, Holly and I finished the bowl but left a couple of scraps in the bottom, just in case we felt like a nibble later on!

Now, about this new motor home Auntie Sue is getting. She keeps on about the cocktail cabinet. I mean, I have always thought Auntie Sue was 'Pint of Bitter' Two Legs so what is this cocktail thing for? Don't tell me Michael is going all Tarty!

Miss Wendy is getting loads of cuddles from Freddy Boy, OTL keeps having a look at her bits and saying that 'It won't be long'! What we want to know is what will happen after the operation, will Freddy loose interest?

Will Wendy get any cuddles?

Lunchtime we were out again down on the beach with May and April all though April  did spend time inside the bag, May was out tearing around sniffing the sniffs with Holly and me!

If it is sunny tomorrow OTL says that he will take the Page 3 Girls out in the morning and then Freddy and Wendy at lunchtime, sort of 'Back to Normal' again!

OTL has been trying to video Freddy and Wendy when Fred is in 'Chat Up' mode but as soon as he pokes the camera at them, they run away!

Talking of videos, TM has informed OTL that she wants another video of her splashing the ink about and talking a load of waffle!

So I think that Sunday will be taken care of!

Just as long as we get our walks!

TM has just announced that dinner is ready, so we are off to see what we can mug!

Wet, Cold and Windy!

Hello Woofers!

Daisy, Holly, Miss May, Miss April, Miss Wendy and Freddy de Ferret here again!

Well, I thought it was supposed to be Spring now with Daffs and Bird Song and Buzzing Insects and Chirping Chicks an.................

It ain't!

As the weather man says, 'Today it will be Wet, Cold and Windy!

We were out first thing with The Missus and it was raining, so, we all did the 'Fast Trot' around the Farm Field and were back home in no time!

The ferrets had only just got out of bed when we got back!

Holly and I had a game of Paw Ball, you know, it's a bit like your Football but we use squeaky balls and woof a lot!

Well, that is until TM takes the ball away and chases us upstairs with the jet powered vacuum cleaner!

Now, what's all this about a new van Auntie Sue? Outside shower? Won't that be a bit risky? I mean, there you are washing your back and getting a good lather on when the wind blows, up goes the curtains, whoosh goes the lather and your looking at your pitch marker together with the rest of your neighbours!

I'd use the on site showers if I were you!

Talking of Showers, we went out at lunchtime with Old Two Legs 'cos he had seen an 'Window' in the showers on the Rain Radar Thingy and blow me side ways, he was right!

It rained all the way to the Sea Wall, stopped when we got out and didn't start again until we were back in the car and heading back home!

Sometimes OTL gets it just right!

We were walking along, sniffing the sniffs when Holly asked me what I had been sitting in? She reckons my tail end sniffed of something strange!

'ere Wot You Bin Sitting in?

What she didn't know was I had been sitting on TM jumper and she sprays this perfume stuff from a bottle over her and her clothes, sniffs terrible but her jumper was so nice and soft!

Down on the beach we found a couple of sniffs but decided not to do any rolls 'cos we didn't fancy having to be washed when we got home, so we just enjoyed the sniffs!

Nah! I'll pass on a roll today, too cold!

Out on the mud there was a Curlew tapping the mud with his foot pretending it was raining! We have seen gulls do that as well and it is so the worms come up to the surface thinking there was water and food there but instead there is nothing there except Curly The Curlew!

Back home the ferrets were still snoozing, you know, I reckon they have the best time really, I mean, sleep for twenty hours a day, now come on, is that some life or wot!

With a bit of luck we will be getting some of TM's special 'Slimming Dinners' tonight, it's all full of meat and veggie and while we can eat the meat, the veggie gives us the wind, so we tend to leave that stuff to TM!

In the Poo Again!

Here we are again!

Daisy, Holly, Miss May, Miss April, Miss Wendy and Freddy de Ferret!

Wot a Horrid Day it has been today.

We went out the front door with The Missus for our morning walk and it was raining! Horrid Yucky Wet Cold Damp Nasty Rain!

We should have guessed 'cos we were made to put on our rain coats and that is normally a bad sign!

So, there we were being dragged along the path towards the Farm Field, Holly and I had our noses to the ground and tails up in the air and we were trying to go backwards while TM was trying to go forward!

We passed the bus stop that was crowded with young Two Legs who when they saw us being forced to go out in the rain were calling out things like 'Cruel' and 'Poor Doggies' and 'Shame'!

Not that TM paid any attention in the slightest, in fact we are sure she growled at them!

So, by the time we got back we were damp little doggies and not best pleased with TM!

Old Two Legs was no help either, there he was playing with the ferrets, all warm and dry and having a great time!

Lunchtime was just as bad, TM had gone off to the Crafty Shop for some stuff and although she promised to be back by twelve thirty, it was one thirty before she got back!

OTL was just going to take us over the field again when TM came back with the car!

Now, we had our rain coats on again and were about to give OTL the 'Draggy Dog' treatment but instead we dashed for the back of the car!

Down on the Sea Wall it was raining so OTL decided to leave the camera in the car 'cos he didn't want to get it wet!

Not that he thought about leaving us in the car 'cos we didn't want to get wet!

Well, Holly and I had an idea!

We knew of this really messy, stinky pile of Yuk that had been left on the path and while OTL had his head down and facing into the wind, we had a really good roll!

OTL wandered on along the path, we kept rolling!

OTL went around the corner, still with his head down, we kept rolling!

Then he realised we were missing, so he did his 'Come On' whistle, we kept rolling!

Holly and I were Yucky Beyond Belief!

We were covered in this stuff!

When he saw what we had done, OTL was not a Happy Puppy, in fact, he was a Grumpy Old Man!

When we got back home we got a wipe down and our collars washed and our coats went straight into the washing machine!

Holly and I retired to our sleeping cushions and as Holly said............

One Nil to The Woofers!

OTL has been busy today, being the first of the month he has to email stuff to his customers, however, he did mention that it was the First Day of Spring, mind you, it didn't stop the rain!

Maybe tomorrow it will get better!

OTL's been to the Doggy Shop!

Hi Woofers!

Here we are again!

Daisy, Holly, Miss May, Miss April, Miss Wendy and Freddy de Ferret!

You can tell it's Monday, Old Two Legs is on the telephone and the computer and, and, and, and it's BORING!

Mind you, he started the day off with a good game of chase with the ferrets while Holly and I went out for a walk with The Missus. She is trying to get fit for the summer by doing some 'Speed Walking' around the Farm Field!

I can see before long it will be a case of 'Speed Weeing' for Holly and me, just to keep up with her!

Freddy and Wendy were playing their 'Play Fighting' again and Freddy was dragging Wendy around the carpet! There were loads of Dooking and the occasional squeak from Wendy but when Freddy let go she jumped up onto her paws and ran after him to give him a nip behind the ears!

Then it all started over again!

We must remember to get the video camera out tomorrow 'cos it is so funny to watch. At first you think Freddy is getting too rough but then Wendy is laughing her tail off then springs into action and tries to beat up Freddy!

Freddy then gets fed up and grabs Wendy by the scruff and gives her a good shake and she then scrabbles at him with her paws and lumps of fur start flying about all over the place!

Did we mention that it is 'Moulting Time'?

Miss May is shedding loads of hair, all over OTL, every time he picks her up, so lumps of flying ferret fur is normal this time of the year!

It was rather warm at lunchtime and OTL suggested that we take May and April down the beach 'cos they haven't been down there for a few weeks, due to the inclement weather!

Well, as normal, May was in and out of the bag all the way down to the beach. Miss April said that no matter how nice the weather was, she was staying in the bag, thank you!

The tide was out so there was loads of sand to dig and Holly and I found a smelly to have a roll in!

Go on then, you roll first!

May was charging about and digging holes and almost bumped into a brand new rock on the beach!

Holly said that it looked just like Brambles Weeing Rock, but how it got there, half way up the beach and with no sea weed growing on it was a bit mysterious!

Will it float away again if we wee on it?

It was good to see them enjoy the Sea Kale Bush, April said that as she had a good roll, can she get back in the bag?

OTL said she could as long as she had a run up the grass path!

Wanna sniff?

The Grass Path was full of sniffs and we all had a slow walk up the hill. Miss April said she was feeling a little tired and could she have a carry.

May went over to give her a helping cuddle and OTL gave her a lift, so all was well!

Don't worry Sis, I'm here!

May is always looking after April. At home they used to sleep upstairs in the blankets and cuddle cups but since April has been on the medicines she has to sleep down on the ground floor 'cos the Poo Pot is closer.

May has moved into a spare Poo Pot that has a blanket inside it and the pair cuddle up there every time they go to sleep, it's as if May knows that April needs a Sisterly Love!

Now, without us knowing, OTL sneaked out and went off to the Doggy Shop to get some cat litter for the ferrets and he also got some Chicken Strips for the ferrets.

Then he got some Chicken Fillets for us and some Jumbone Chews for us as well!

He also got a load of Teeth cleaning chews for bot us and the ferrets!

You see, the ferrets love the taste and it helps keep their teeth all nice a white and shiny!

Providing they keep up with the chews, OTL says they may get rid of the Tartar just in time for the Ferret Show!

Our ferrets will all have clean teeth and clean butts and shiny coats! Real Prize Winners!

We are off now to see what's for dinner, OTL's Dinner, so we can have a share!

A Dook a Day Keeps the Vet Man Away!

Yo Woofers!

Daisy, Holly, Miss May, Miss April, Miss Wendy and Mr Freddy de Ferret here!

We had such a good time last night watching the James Bond Movie! Holly was doing all the fighting bits and I was doing the driving bits and Old Two Legs was pretending to be 'Q' on account he likes the 'Techy Bits'!

The Missus was pretending to play the 'Baddie' except she says she won in the end and the film was wrong!

We invited the ferrets down but they said it was too late and anyway they were just too tired!

This morning TM took us out for our walk while OTL was giving April her meds. Then may and April entered into their game of 'Chase'!

It was so funny that OTL grabbed the camera and took some video of them playing, problem was, he had left the settings on 'Manual Focus' so the film is a bit fuzzy, (a bit like OTL)!

The audio is OK though!

A Dook a Day!

You know it's hard to believe that Miss April has a heart condition the way she races around trying to beat up May!

Then there are the stairs, she is up and down them as though her tail is on fire!

We could have done with some fire to warm us up when we went out at lunchtime, the wind was coming in off the sea and although there were some blue bits in the sky it was still cold!

Too cold for swimming!

 As we were walking along the Sea Wall we spotted a Monster Fish on the beach!

It was one of those 'Flat Fish' like a Sting Ray but without a tail! Holly reckons it was a Halibut but I said it looked like a Black Nelly Fish.

We had a sniff but there was nothing too exciting. Then OTL had a look and said it was some sort of inflatable cushion!

Who would want a cushion that big?

We left it on the beach and we reckon the next tide will wash it away out to sea!

An Oblong Nelly Fish!

We were glad to get back home and cuddled up on the sofa.

Holly said that she keeps thinking about Archie Babe and his Itchy Butt, 'cos Holly used to suffer like that but it wasn't itchy but rather a 'Grubby Butt' and she just felt the need to rub it off, however, the way she would scrape her butt on the ground only sort of 'Spread it About'!

It was always followed by a Butt Wash when she got home!

Still, we hope Archie Babe gets those Vet People to sort him out!

Hey, maybe if he learns to Dook like a ferret he could get away with not going to the vets?

Well, it was just a thought!

Holly is 006 3/4!

Hi Woofers!

Here we are again, Daisy, Holly, Miss May, Miss April, Miss Wendy and 'Mr Smoochy' himself, Freddy de Ferret!

OK, we know it's Saturday and Saturday is supposed to be for relaxing but Old Two Legs was out this morning climbing over roofs and up a water tower!

He really should know better at his age!

So, while The Missus took us out for out morning walk, OTL was packing all his stuff into the car ready to head off to the 'job'.

Before he went both sets of ferrets were allowed out for a rampage around the house. The Page Three Girls had a great time in OTL's office lifting the carpet up with their noses and making a tunnel from one side to the other. Then they would chase each other through the tunnels and over the desk and across the computer keyboard!

OTL says that one day they will make an order on the Amazon web site and cost him a fortune!

Freddy and Wendy were out as well, but not at the same time, and now have taken to chasing each other around the lounge. Next thing we hear is Wendy chuckling her tail off as Freddy has grabbed her by the scruff and is dragging her across the carpet!

She must think it great fun 'cos all we can hear is her chuckles!

OTL says that it is a sort of 'Ferret Chat Up' but I think that a woofer sniff is more romantic!

When Freddy has finished there are lumps of fur on the carpet that Wendy has lost in the tussle. The funny thing is that when Freddy lets go, she then chases him and gives him a nip behind the ear so that Freddy starts chasing her all over again!

Today we had a treat, Ox Heart!

Now it has been some time since we had any of this and of course, it tasted wonderful!

Holly and I woofed it down in no time flat and settled down to wait for OTL to return!

Lunchtime TM took us out again and the wind was blowing across the fields, so no hanging about too long sniffing the sniffs!

ere! It's Frozen Weasel!

We found the Five a Side Football pitch but there was no one playing, mind you it was cold!

No, I think it's compulsory if you are here on holiday!

 We found some more Weasel sniffs but as Holly says, 'Sniff one and you've sniffed them all!'

Same old Weasel Sniff!

 Now, OTL ordered the new James Bond DVD and we are planning to watch it tonight after dinner. We have heard it is the 'Best Yet' and Holly is all excited about seeing it.

Holly is into all this 'Seacret Agent' stuff and reckons she has a Double O call sign as well.

Now I've heard this story so many times now and as I keep telling her, 006 3/4 just doesn't have the same ring to it as 007 does!

Holly doesn't care though, she says that she graduated before James Bond so that is why she is 3/4!

Yeah Right!

We will be watching it and at the same time trying to stop Holly from cheering every time a baddy get blown away or thrown into the pond!

Not our Best Day!

Hi Woofers!

Daisy, Holly, Miss May, Miss April, Miss Wendy and Freddy de Ferret here again!

Well, we could have done better today!

Early this morning The Missus took us over The Fields, not the best place for a walk but when needs must!

Then as soon as we got back home, there was Old Two Legs, with his coat on, all ready to go out!

Wow! We thought, a real walk coming up!


Then Holly said that we were going to the Poodle Parlour!

Mind you, we did have a Flying Jackets on so we weren't too cold, until we got there.

That was when OTL took our coats off us and said 'Bye Bye' while we were lead off to wait in a cage until it was our turn for a 'Short Back and Sides'!

I won't bore you with the details but let's face it, we are so pleased when OTL comes to get us out!

We were straight down The Beach and heading for our Poo Place!

 I couldn't keep up with Holly, 'cos I could only take little steps, just in case!

Outta My Way I Got a Neeeed!

 Luckily, we have a Poo Place just at the end of the path and pretty soon OTL was getting the Poo Bags out!

Come on Hurry Up I'm Next!

 The wind was blowing which made it all a bit chilly but we got around our walk and didn't see any other woofers at all!

Mind you, it was about three thirty and the Mini Two Legs were still in school!

As we were heading back along the grass path, Holly spotted a Monster in the water.

A couple of hundred yards out to see we could see something bobbing up and down and heading out to sea. I said it was a big lump of wood but Holly reckons it was a Nessy from Up North looking for runaway Heeland Coo's.

 We got back home and I was straight into the kitchen to finish off my chicken breakfast I had left this morning.

Holly wasn't interested in trying to rob me but she did climb up onto OTL's chair and got under the 'Throw' where she said she is staying until it gets warmer!

My Butt is Too Cold, so I'm Staying Here!

 I'm not sure what is for dinner tonight but I do know OTL is out working tomorrow so it's back to The Field for us!

It's a hard life being a woofer in this house!

Back on The Beach again!

Hi Woofers!

Daisy, Holly, Miss May, Miss April, Miss Wendy and of course Freddy de Ferret here again!

This morning there was another six inches of frost on the cars, so we were glad that The Missus took us over the fields again! The thought of sitting in a cold car is not the best way to start the day!

Old Two Legs has almost got to the bottom of the pile of paper and he was able to spend more time chasing the ferrets around after he cleaned their cages out!

Little Miss Wendy thinks it great fun to be chased by OTL 'cos he keeps tickling her tail and when he does that she rolls onto her back, chuckling, then waits for OTL's hand to push her around on her back!

Freddy loves that as well but he just rolls onto his back and waits!

It's great when he does it in the bathroom 'cos the floor is all slippery and he spins around in circles every time he turns his head to the left or right!

OTL says that Freddy is doing 'Wheelies'!

Lunchtime we were down the beach again after so long!

May came with us and we all had a great time catching up on the sniffs both old and new!

'ere, this is a new one!

Miss May was almost beside herself with delight 'cos she hasn't been out for almost two weeks!

She was running from sniff to sniff and doing her little chuckle, you could tell she was having a great time!

Hey! This is a 'Serious Sniff'!

Then she found a sniff that got her going with the 'Ferret Roll' until OTL spotted her and told her to stop!

Oooooooh! I'm going to sniff good after this!

Then we were down the beach, Holly was charging about like a 'Potty Puppy' and as the tide was in I asked if I could go in for a paddle?

OTL said I could providing I didn't mind having a bath when we got home 'cos the water was all muddy! Drat and ............................

Just a Little Paddle?

..........................Double Drat!

Mind you, that May still had a go and pretended she was paddling but we could all see the waves were miles away from her paws!

Look! I'm almost Surfing!

 OTL got a letter today giving him a date for his eye operation, he wasn't too happy about it 'cos the following weekend he and Alun were going to a meeting that Alun is a member of the club and OTL has been looking forward to for ages!

Well, after the operation he won't be able to drive for two or three weeks and even then it's a bit dodgy 'cos his glasses will be no use until he gets a new pair and he can't do that for at least six weeks!

I can see some problems when he tries to do work on the computer 'cos nothing comes into focus until it is at 'Arms Length'!

Still, it will be worth it in the end, we hope!

I think I can sniff food being cooked, so we are off to investigate!

It's So Hard being a Guard Dog!

Hello Woofers!

It's us! Daisy, Holly, Miss May, Miss April, Miss Wendy and of course Freddy 'Mr Cuddles' de Ferret!

You know, sometimes I wonder if going away for a break is all that it is cracked up to be! I mean, Old Two Legs goes away for a week and a bit and comes back to a pile of paperwork that takes two weeks to get rid off!

Holly reckons if he took all the paper and threw it in the waste bin he could get rid of it all in seconds!

He has been up at that computer all morning, mumbling away to himself and doing that 'Grumbly' sound he makes when he is doing things with the VAT return!

He had an appointment with one of his customers this morning so The Missus took us out but when we got back we found he was just taking his coat off! It seems the appointment had been put back until lunchtime!

Well, off he went while we stayed in the office guarding all the VAT forms and the ferrets hidden stash of Doggy Biscuits!

Those Doggy Biscuits drive Holly and me wild 'cos we can sniff them but can't get to them 'cos there is just too many bits of wire and stuff in the way!

After a while Holly gets into her 'Guarding' position and  before long was snoring her tail off!

Be Alert! OTL needs Lerts!

Me, on the other paw was just looking like I was sleeping but really I was keeping an eye on everything that was happening!

Got my eye on you!

 Once the morning games are over the ferrets get down to some serious snoozing and you can see by Wendy's position that there is not always enough room in the sleeping bag for both her and Freddy!

One day I'll get the pillow first!

Back comes OTL and we all settle down again, Holly doing the 'Guarding', me, hunting out the scoff the ferrets have stored behind the paper shredder machine and TM doing more craft work 'cos she feels 'Inspired'!

OTL is to get those Chorizo Sausages tonight, so Holly and I will be either side of him, helping to decide which bit tastes the best and getting samples to try!

Well, that's the main idea!

OTL tells us we have an appointment with the Poodle Parlour on Friday, we just hope that the weather is a bit warmer than it was this morning.

Six inches of frost!

OK, dinner is about to be prepared so we are off!

Back to Normal'ish!

Hi Woofers!

Daisy, Holly, Miss May, Miss April, Miss Wendy and Old Cuddle Chops, Freddy de Ferret here!

Well, it's sort of Back to Normal here except that The Missus is still taking us out for our walks. Old Two Legs has come home to a pile of 'Paperwork' and a long list of telephone calls he has to answer!

Yep, you guessed it, no photos today!

Mind you, we got cuddles with OTL last night and we were both still snuggled up with him first thing this morning!

All the ferrets got a cuddle with him and Miss Wendy made a right pig of herself, she kept licking his hand on each stroke and as OTL liked that, he kept going and so did she!

Miss April is showing signs of needing a good run along the Sea Wall. After teaching Miss April how to climb the cage, she is now climbing her own cage but inside! She hasn't got to hang upside down yet but it doesn't look too far away from happening!

Freddy was doing his 'Big Soppy Ferret' bit and wriggled around in OTL's arm as he got a scratch around the back of his neck, Freddy, not OTL!

OTL says that Freddy looks so sweet when he rolls onto his back in OTL's arm and grabs OTL's tiggly finger and holds it in his front paws!

May and April are a bundle of fun in the mornings, if you don't let them out quickly enough then the Poo Pot goes flying, together with last nights contents!

TM is not too happy about that!

Holly and I went with TM at lunch time down to get three and a half ton of meat for OTL's Curry Pot! While we were there she managed to get some special sausages for him as well. You see, they went out to an Argentine Restaurant and OTL had these as a 'Starter' and reckons they were dead tasty, OTL says they are called Chorizo Sausages! He says he is looking forward to when TM serves them up...........so are we!


We got chicken today, which was better than the Doggy Scoff we had yesterday. I don't know why we get served that stuff, I mean, we don't eat it all and it gets thrown away, such a terrible waste! For the price of a tin of Scoff, we could have two chickens!

Tonight OTL has got Curry, so all we will get is a nibble of Nan Bread, which isn't the most tasty thing on the table!

Tomorrow OTL is out early so it looks like we are to get a walk around the Farm Fields instead of our Sea Wall Walk. Still, he may be back by lunch time and take us down the beach!
