Merry Christmas?

Hello Woofers!

Daisy, Holly, Miss Wendy and Eric de Ferret here again!

Well, Dennis the Menace has blown through this end of the world. We had a fence panel come out and that seems all the damage here.

First thing this morning we went out and Old Two Legs took Holly's Cone Collar off cos the wind was slapping it against her head!

We had a Christmas Card delivered to us today fron Diane (Di) and David who live in Malta!

Good One Di!
Now, where have we seen those woofers before?

Holly was rather pleased cos as she says, our Dad is half Maltese Terrier! So that must make us a quarter Maltese Terrier!

Woof Woof!

Around lunchtime the rain didn't stop long enough for us to have a wander around the football field behind our house. So, we did what is known as a fast track Wee & Poo except Holly hung on until the very end before lifting her tail!

The wind had dropped a little but it was still there blowing the tree branches and the rain was dripping off OTL's nose! You know, it's a good job it's not Spring time cos then there would be leaves all over the place or worse still, Autumn, then there would be piles of leaves six foot deep!

We got back home and had a good rub down and were wrapped up in a blanket and left to steam on the bed and have a snooze!

OTL spent the rest of Sunday afternoon checking and double checking the Ofcom forms, which has now increased to two, making sure the information asked for is wot he has put down on the forms!

As we haven't heard any more on Archie Babe yelping in tragic pain, we can assume that all he did was catch his claw on the blanket. I did that jumping into the back of the car and yelped, also I held my paw up like a poor injured puppy and got no sympathy from OTL who just inspected it for blood, then told me to lift my paws up next time!

So much for sympathy!

See you tomorrow.

Luv,

Daisy, Holly, Miss Wendy and Eric de Ferret.

Here comes Dennis the Menace!

Hi Woofers!

Yep! It's us again, Daisy, Holly, Miss Wendy and Eric de Ferret.

Well, not the most inspiring day I will admit. We looked out the window this morning and although there was a bit of rain it didn't worry us too much. Mind you, no sunrises like yesterday, just a sort of brighter spot behind the very grey clouds to show where the sun would be if it were not for the clouds!

We didn't hang about too much and was soon back home and tucked up and finishing off our snoozing while the ferrets rampaged around the house and Old Two Legs cleared up the piles of poo in the ferret cage!

He loves it really!

The Missus has been up the village hall today with all her mates, slapping the glue and glitter about, we reckon she should have to get a license before she is allowed to wave that stuff about, it looks too dangerous to us!

Lunchtime the rain came down, not so much in bucket loads but enough to make us all wet, and that includes OTL as well!

When we got back OTL puts the football on and we join him on the sofa and we all fell asleep!

That was until TM arrived back home and of course we had to give her the 'Woofers Welcome' even though she looked like the fairy on top of the Christmas Tree with all that glitter!

Let's hope tomorrow is better and while we don't mind the wind, we could do with less of the rain!

See you tomorrow!

Luv,

Daisy, Holly, Miss Wendy and Eric de Ferret.

Wot a Sunrise!

Hello Woofers!

Daisy, Holly, Miss Wendy and Eric de Ferret here again!

Old Two Legs was in a good mood this morning, you see he woke up on time, got out of bed without falling out, if you know what I mean!

We had a look out the window and it wasn't raining! Mind you, there was a splash of ice on the car windscreen,

Looking out of the office window we saw what promises to be a brilliant sunrise. I mean, the whole sky was red and there was even some cloud, just to add a bit of interest!

That was it off we went down to the sea front.

On the way we paused to get a shot across towards the Dinosorearses that hadn't woken up yet!

Wakie Wakie Dino's!

Before we got to the sea front, we could see the sky over towards Southend on Sea, almost like the Aurora Borealis!

A Southend on Sea Aurora Borealis!
Finally we got to the sea front and saw that the sun was still below the horizon. We were watching it get brighter and the whole vist was changing as we stood there watching the sun come up!

The Sun is creeping over the horizon, just!
Then, sixty seconds later the whole sky changed and ....POW!

Just look at that!
Lunchtime OTL needed to drop a parcel off at the carriers, not our normal on but reasonably local. Off we went and OTL left us in the car while he took the parcel in, only to come out with it!

It seems that the carrier would not be calling to collect until Monday, so off we went looking for another 'Drop Off Point'!

The next nearest one was several miles away and in a massive housing estate. Now I wouldn't say OTL got lost but we saw the same road several times and when we finally found it, it was in a place we have never been before!

This one had a collection later on this afternoon, so, OTL is a happy chappy!

We got our afternoon walk but it was an hour later than normal but it was still fun!

Over the weekend we got Storm Dennis the Menace, lets hope it stays away from our part of the world, we could do with some more sunrises!

See you tomorrow.

Luv,

Daisy, Holly, Miss Wendy and Eric de Ferret.

P.S. Here is another shot three minutes later!

Nicely Framed!
